The location is good, it’s good that if you are with children there isn’t a possibility for them to go out of the hotel, all of the exits from the pool were locked, the room was bog enough, it was not loud, the evening program for the children was very good because the girls also talked in English, the slides and the pool for the kids were awesome, housekeeping staff were very polite, you can take water for free 24/7, also a cold one.

The variety of the food was not good, almost every morning and evening there were similar dishes, the room was a bit dirty when we checked in, the people at the reception from the morning shift were not polite, I was waiting with a small child more than 40minutes after I checked in, they saw me that I am standing there but no reaction, the parking and wifi are paid.

Positive Points: The hotel features nice pools with slides, which were a big hit with the children. Additionally, the kids' activity club provided engaging activities for the little ones, making their stay more enjoyable. We also dined at the buffet three times during our stay. The prices were reasonable at €15 per adult and €9 per child, and the quality of the food was satisfactory.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights with my family (two adults and two children), and I must express my disappointment with the overall experience. We paid around €800 for our stay, which did not include any food or beverages. Given the cost, I expected a higher value for the price. Additionally, the parking situation was quite frustrating. The on-site parking, which costs €16 per day, was completely full during our visit. As a result, we had to use a public parking facility that cost €32 per day. This added an unexpected and significant expense to our stay. In summary, while the location may be convenient, the high cost and parking issues made our experience feel less satisfactory. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly, the lifeguards attentive, the location is good, the restaurant offered good food, we also had no issue with the cleanliness, our room got cleaned everyday. Would definitely book again!

We didn’t like the room that we got, it was impossible to open/close the bathroom window properly. The food in the restaurant was good but they had very little vegetarian options and the veggies were often overcooked.

Staff in a hotel was very friendly. Reception staff very helpful and added to good experience! Pool and facilities around it were clean and nice, slides are child-friendly with plenty of options for kids of all ages. All-inclusive has plenty of options for snacks and drinks next to the pool, more than I expected. Food was diverse although might be a bit better quality.

Food quality is bit inconsistent and depends on who is preparing it. Animators were very friendly but a bit unexperienced, sometimes struggling to keep audience engaged. Evening programs not that good...

The entertainers were amazing, the four girls were unbelievable to our kid, and the bartenders were really nice and the lady that would welcome us to the restaurant and the chefs, and the lifeguards, all super nice and we loved it

Maybe have 2 week rota of evening entertainment rather like dancers and guitar singers to repeat every 2 weeks rather than 1 week for people who stay longer

Great stop over break for us, very clean and the kids loved the water slides.

Staff was very nice and attentive to our needs. Food was good. Free public parking was available (in summer probably harder to find) 5-10 minutes walking from the beach. Good value for money. Big beds of good quality.

Cleaning was reasonable, but could be better. Internet is pòor. Room a bit outdated - shower broken, desk very used, stains on the floor and walls. Nothing massive, but something missing for a top experience

one thing i didn’t like was not a lot of entertainment for the kids they need to improve this because lot of people were saying the same thing i think if they improve entertainment for day and night you would not have to leave the hotel the kids just got bored otherwise it is a beautiful hotel and very clean

Great facilties for kids, waterpark was great for kids! Food was really good different verities every meal time. Very clean rooms were a great size and beds were comfy.

Kids entertainment could do with being a bit better and a bit earlier as generally didn't start till 9/10pm. Tea should probably be around 6.30pm instead of 7.30pm. Could do with a bit better gluten free options they did have a little bowl of goodies and bread but could be a little bit more of an option.
