Food was good, also the beach was great and very beautiful. Boungallos were also nice. Staff is friendly. Its perfect for family vacation. Cocktails are medium, but acceptable. They also have other sport attractions and that is also good. Definitely recommend.

There is no WIFI in the rooms, only in reception. We had sim cards but signals are not good there and we could not even use it. We bought their WIFI, but it was not good either. But if you want to have vacation without Internet, its perfect!

property was good. clean and comfortable. good value money to comfort. food was also good. many options available for each day.

I was hoping to have access to the sea, but unfortunately it was not possible.

We really loved the personnel, the dinner was exquisite and the personnel was really friendly and nice. The All inclusive package was exceeding expectations, at least during lunch and dinner. We Also loved the area, the cottages for each group, the bed was really comfortable (this is a 2* complex but the bed was better than in a 3* hotel) and the cottage was really clean. The swimming pools were perfect, also the activities like minigolf or the possibility of scuba diving and a kids club.

The location has a hard access to the sea, so the Sun Club compensates this with services, the exquisite All i clusive and the top level personnel, also activities, also 3 swimming pools. Though many people like the activities, All inclusive and the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, so they go here repeatedly but they rent a car to go to the beach elsewhere, this is just to say about possibilities to not make this evaluation seem negative. What is missing is a better supermarket with also food for people checking in whose dinner is too far, or to have the restaurant also open for someone who would pay for their dish when checking in and having 4 hours until dinner.

Great atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. There were activities every night like karaoke night, also during the day, like beer pong, volleyball. Nice food at the restaurant, quite a lot to choose from. All inclusive option was a "real" all inclusive, all varieties of alcohol available and the staff at the bar was great. Rooms were basic but spacious.

The sink in our toilet was blocked leaving the dirty water in and there was nobody to notice that and to sort it out during our 5 night stay. The internet connection was weak although I was using my own data.

Loved everything about this hotel from the food to the entertainers who were on day and night great for a family or a couple The rooms were basic but clean. Bud stop outside the Hotel which takes you into Palma. to be Honest I don’t know how this please it’s only getting two stars

air-conditioning set to one temperature you can turn up and down which was a bit annoying after sunbathing in the heat the room was not that cool. tThe walk ways in the complex would need a lot of attention.

A nice concept of a bungalowpark built on a cliffside. Nice place to relax with a good view of the sea. Our room was refurbished and neat. Good and clean bathroom. The breakfast and dinner buffet were good with choice in plenty. . Parking was free.

Sometimes the music from the bar can be too noisy. Also, without your own water boiler you cannot have hot drinks in your bungalow. As the place is a natural habitat, be aware of the possibility of bugs, flies, and other insects. Also, there is no direct beach, you have to travel to one

I loved the animation team, from Paula, Mireya, Millie,, Isham, Vena, Guillermo, Jessica and the rest of them where so kind and filled of energy. They will be jumping and doing their best since the morning up to the night show and they are so kind and friendly I just have to get back and have fun with them. Also, the food is nice and the staff is awesome. From Elvin, Maite, Sene and all of them eventhough they are so many, I really appreciate their kindness and good service. The bar staff where also very Profesional and still friendly; Giany, Ornella, María, Paulo, and the whole staff. Even Patricia and Maria from the reception is also nice and they all made me had a really good time. I wish I could remember the name of all of them, but they all did a great work. There are nice places to visit close-by and I found the road very comfortable for my running routine. The sunset is the best and you will have a nice sight from the pool and bars. The sea is also nice, eventhough it is 400± stairs to get there, totally worth it.

The place is quite far from Palma and Arenal and payed a lot in taxis going and coming back to the hotel, but they have a bus stop very close and it's not really an issue, it's just that I wanted to go to the club and there is no bus at those hours. My bungalow was quite far from everything and the beds have wheels and I don't know how I sleep that the beds will be moving the whole night.. Luckly I brought my own shampoo because I only found soap on the toilet. Cleaning it's not daily, depends on their cleaning schedule.. some activities, as pool tables cost money and sometimes they are missing the white ball or the cue is broken, etc.. The glasses to drink at pools will cost an extra euro but you can have it back if you save the ticket of your purchase.

Food, cleanliness, staff all were brilliant. Aircon in the rooms were a god-send.

No aircon in the entertainment area at night was horrific. The sauna type heat was not enjoyable. Limited all-inclusive compared to other places we've stayed. Cup per person was inconvenient at best. Lady in the shop onsite was very rude and prices in there are EXTORTIONATE, with no option close by for alternative. Very remote location
