Understanding that as a two-star hotel, the facilities are pretty basic. But everything is solidly built, works well, and is is scrubbed clean. Beds are comfortable, though not luxurious. Elevator and free WiFi. What I especially liked was that, in addition to a bar, there was a dining room serving a tasty evening meal at reasonable prices. This was an enormous plus since the hotel is not near restaurants. If you don’t already know about the Spanish “menu” which is a full course meal of generous portions, including a bottle of wine, I suggest you make sure you really understand what you are ordering. We didn’t and couldn’t get past the second course. I also appreciated the free parking. If you are traveling with a group, each floor has a comfortable lounge. All in all, we found this to be an excellent value and enjoyed the stay.

Really difficult finding the hotel location off the main road. Big and/or better signage is needed. We drove by the turn three times!

If you drive a car, this location right beside a main road is perfect to drive to everywhere. Without car, then it is too far from the city. The car parking in the front yard is secure. the facilities are good. The room is clean. The staff is very nice.

The hotel is a very comfortable and well kept building with good sized rooms and comfortable beds. Staff are great and there is off road parking. Showers powerful and a decent size.

I didn't realize when booking how far from the center of the city this property was located. In good news, it was quiet!

Too far away for these El Camino pilgrims. We figured out the buses, but they were sparse on Sunday when we were continuing our journey.

Definitely a no-frills hotel that deserves more stars, because of services, friendly staff and a delicious daily menu at its restaurant; free and huge car parking; located north of Lugo, 35min walking from walls, as well provided with bus in the nearby; nice rooms and helpful staff

No buffet breakfast, it works as a real bar, so coffee is made by machine (by my side, I love it)

Close proximity to the town centre which was reached easily by bus. The restaurant and bar were nice and the food was good. Free car parking available. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We booked two rooms for three people in our party. The rooms were decent and bathrooms fulfilled their purpose. Really enjoyed the all you can eat breakfast! Fresh orange juice and the biggest chocolate croissants in Spain!

We were hiking El Camino de Santiago and it was far enough off trail to call a taxi. Not the cheapest option for desperate pilgrims!

Big, quiet. warm and clean room. Big bathroom with bathtub. Friendly and helpful staff. Onsite free parking. Perfect if you travel by car.

Nothing. Location is few kms from city center but not a problem if you travel by car as it's just minutes away.
