The hotel is really good. The building is well maintained. The staff was very nice. The breakfast is amazing, lots of fruits, breads and warm food. The space is wide and clean. Our room was good bigger than we expected with wide bathroom, wardrobe and a balcony. The best part was the bar. The food was delicious, nice price and perfect staff. About the parking, we paid 5 euros per day and need to pay 20 euros, in cash, as a deposit fee for the private parking. The hotel parking isn't at the hotel but at the end of the street, 2 minutes walking. The staff said was okay to park at the street but we chose to use their parking and it was totally worth it.

They could improve the acoustics. It isn't bad but could be better.

A lovely hidden gem in Mallorca where we spent 6 amazing days while our boy was playing tennis at the Rafa Nadal Academy . Breakfast was with a variety of food that you can find in some 4 stars hotel, parking facilities for renting cars nearby and protected from the road. Emails and queries have been answered nicely throughout the process. Nice pools and tennis camp, quiet room and lovely reception staff. Very nice cleaning ladies and staff happy to arrange for breakfast to be sorted as take away for our boy, who started tennis early in the morning.

- clean hotel with a good ratio quality/price - opposite to hotel is perfect restaurant - bus service to other parts of the island

- not possible regulate aircondition (was little bit slow) - pools are open from 10:30 to 20:00 - noise isolation is very bad, you can hear neighbours - breakfast has very little variety - no hot meals

Although the location is relatively remote but it’s accessible by public bus. The staff was friendly and attentive. The garden of this hotel is especially charming with exotic trees and plants surrounding a lovely swimming pool. We loved the beautiful tennis court as well. The beach is actually very close. Overall, it’s a quiet lovely hotel!

We appreciated the included breakfast which was fairly rich, however the coffee is very basic, the cappuccino was awful. Additionally, the watermelons have literally gone bad. We hoped the dishes could be cleaner and the fruits fresher.

Room and balcony were spacious. We got the sunlight in the afternoon that was also nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was OK. Supermarket is right across the street. Around 5-6 restaurants in walking distance. Some of them are really nice. Beach is close by. Compared to other Mallorca beaches Cala Murada Beach is below average but still cyrstal clear water and not-so-sandy beach. There is a restaurant at the beach that is also very nice. Location of the hotel is good. You can reach around 10 best beaches of Mallorca in 30 minutes drive. That is why we chose it. Money/performance is 8/10.

The building itself is old in a good way and very well maintained exterior. Walls are very thin and you might have to wait for the baby next room to sleep before you can. Our room was in the Floor -1 as well as the hotel laundry. You can hear the staff carry and handle all those large plastic bags. Breakfast is OK but I'm sure the hotel management can do way much better when buying goods for breakfast. Lots of pastry, 3-4 kinds of fruits, automatic coffee machine (almost sure serving granule coffee), 2 kind of cheese, etc.

The division of the pool, one for adults and one for everyone. The hotel is at a very good location close to the beach and the area around is very quiet, great for some relaxation time.

The breakfast was a bit poor, as there weren’t many options and some of the things that there were didn’t taste the best. The juices weren’t fresh at all and didn’t taste good either. Also, in the area around the hotel there weren’t many options for groceries or food and often we had to go to other villages to have dinner or buy snacks and water.

The hotel was clean, big rooms. Pools were nice, the water was warm. The outdoor space was also nice. The staff was lovely!

The breakfast was limited - the same things every day, only like 4 types of meats out of which only 2 were ok, watery eggs, 2 types of cheese. Even the drinking water was bad :( at least the coffee and pastries and bread were ok. The hotel itself is ok, but I don’t think I would go there again - mostly because of where it was located and because of the breakfast.

We had a nice balcony with sea view. The room was spacious and clean. We had a private bathroom with a tub. The staff was friendly, they could speak fluent English. We could check in late in the evening. The wide selecion of tatsty desserts at breakfast was nice. The AC and the mini fridge worked fine in our room.

The breakfast: the scrambled eggs were sweet somehow. Apart from the desserts the food was blend, generic, and not very tasty. The juices tasted artificial.

Perfect, quiet location. Clean rooms, nice smell and comfortable mattress.

1. No kettle in the room. I was travelling with a baby so for me would be much easier to have one in the room to make a formula rather waiting once bar will be open and ask for a hot water. 2. You have to pay for a hotel parking lot. I think it would be more common sense to rise a price for a stay and include parking lot in that price rather to charge additionally. 3. Hotel doesn’t have a kitchen so for 11 days of our stay we had same food for breakfast (Sandwich, tuna, boiled eggs, some fruit, yogurt, cornflakes, croissants, some leaves which didn’t look fresh and tomatoes) so it was ok for max 3 mornings. 4. Lifts. They are extremely small so I couldn’t go to my 3rd floor with a buggy as it didn’t fit there. So on somedays it was hard to carry all our stuff and baby.

we loved location, beach is near, bar in the hotel, just outside the hotel is supermarket and few cafes. and the bus stop. in September easy to find a free parking space. breakfast was OK +they the champagne at the breakfast it’s very quiet place, not crowdy. room was cleaned every day and clean towels.

-breakfast is similar every day. if you stay longer, then you will miss hot dishes such as omelets etc. -not possible to get to the hotel after late flight and you will have to pay ~90eur
