Superb but the room was tiny

Fresh & clean, everything looks and feels so new in the hotel. Couldn’t speak more highly of the staff, very friendly. Food served at the hotel was also excellent.

Our room was right above the the street which was quite loud at times, not ideal given it was also down as a “superior” room but wouldn’t stop me staying again.

Great location near to restaurants and parking garage . We appreciated the great tips about the near by city’s that Elisa gave us . She took the time to talk to us and explain how to get there . We very much appreciated her help and kindness. The breakfast included in our rate was simple but delicious .( orange juice or coffee with a warm croissant with butter and jelly.) They do offer other option fior breakfast .

We reserved an atrium room and I wish had reserved a room with window for the strret . If you’re sensitive to noise a atrium room can be a good option for you.

Great communication with hotel as I arrived very late due to a delay and reception was closed. I only stayed one night before my onward travel. The room was very nice and exceptionally well equipped. No window or view though but not to bad as I was only there 1 night and to be honest the lighting in the room was really well done. The beds was very comfy and really nice bathroom. The breakfast was continental which didnt suit me so when for other option and the food was 1st class

For the room I had it was a bit costly . Everything else was 1st class

The hotel is located in the heart of beautiful Marbella town, very close to everything. The area is quiet and cozy. The room was nice, the staff was very friendly and responsive to all the questions/requests. There is a wonderful terrasse on the top floor. The breakfast was delicious. Check in was smooth and easy.

The room we chose was a bit too small. There is literally just the bed and the bathroom. The window is facing the inside yard and you can see the terrasse trough the glass. The ventilation in the bathroom turns on when you turn on the light, but does not turn off once the light is off! This was very frustration. we needed to turn the whole thing off on the main transmitter to stop the noise. The walls are maybe a bit too thin, because we could hear everything from the neighboring room. But for 1 nigh, it was just right.

Amazing location can’t be better , great staff and very comfortable room . The breakfast as well was too good and the restaurant outdoor sitting has a lovely setting . They have a great rooftop and I had a in between official emeet which was very convenient there .

While the staff were helpful, carrying luggage to the top floor was tough. You have to know that taxis are allowed right till the hotel - our cab guy was from Malaga and wasn’t aware about it - so we had to walk about 400 m which if we would have known would have got the taxi right till door .

This was a great find! It was tricky driving here with the narrow streets, but the staff gave us great directions for getting to the nearby parking lot. We arrived before our room was ready, but enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the deck while our room was readied. Our room was charming, and overlooked the fun street below (which made it a little noisy at night!) We walked everywhere and always felt safe and found the staff to be exceptionally helpful. We'd love to stay here again.

Great location and modern design. Staff were helpful and friendly. The price was the lowest in the area. Free parking nearby and quiet at night on rhe 3rd floor.

Very small room which we knew when booking but the bed was in the corner so you couldn’t get out one side. The bathroom was so tight you could not open the shower door fully which was inconvenient. Also the fridge didn’t work and the TV was flat against the wall so you could not angle it towards the bed. No elevator/lift so if struggle with stairs ask for a room on the ground floor. The reception was not manned after 11pm so made it feel a bit like a room in a apartment block rather than a nice hotel atmosphere late evening.

Lovely location, right in Old Town Marbella, friendly staff, delicious coffee & fresh croissants in morning served friendly brazillian hostess, in the evening Ramiro the Argentinian night manager was excellent recommending us restaurants, beach clubs. Loved the luxurious Rituals shower products in the rooms & clean stylish bedroom decor. They were also helpful booking us a taxi from the airport and allowed us a bit of flexibility with things like breakfast time, checkout time which we appreciated.

Was terribly disturbed by building work/banging noice 8.30am Friday, then Saturday a false fire alarm, wish the beautiful rooftop had a proper bar or service up there but understand this was rainy May low-season, and we were pleased to still be able to sit up there and enjoy the views.

The hotel is well located and beautifully decorated. Rooms are comfortable.

The staff were a bit rude at times, and the communication wasn't always great. They would get out requests for breakfast wrong most of the times and the service wasn't consistent. It's a shame there's no lift, even if it was a service lift to carry luggage up to the third floor. Staff also do not help with your bags, which is very disappointing. The breakfast offered is very poor. It's just a croissant or toast plus a drink. If you want to eat more you need to pay over 10 euros for a proper breakfast!
