Fresh & clean, everything looks and feels so new in the hotel. Couldn’t speak more highly of the staff, very friendly. Food served at the hotel was also excellent.

Our room was right above the the street which was quite loud at times, not ideal given it was also down as a “superior” room but wouldn’t stop me staying again.

Lovely location, right in Old Town Marbella, friendly staff, delicious coffee & fresh croissants in morning served friendly brazillian hostess, in the evening Ramiro the Argentinian night manager was excellent recommending us restaurants, beach clubs. Loved the luxurious Rituals shower products in the rooms & clean stylish bedroom decor. They were also helpful booking us a taxi from the airport and allowed us a bit of flexibility with things like breakfast time, checkout time which we appreciated.

Was terribly disturbed by building work/banging noice 8.30am Friday, then Saturday a false fire alarm, wish the beautiful rooftop had a proper bar or service up there but understand this was rainy May low-season, and we were pleased to still be able to sit up there and enjoy the views.

Great location and modern design. Staff were helpful and friendly. The price was the lowest in the area. Free parking nearby and quiet at night on rhe 3rd floor.

Very small room which we knew when booking but the bed was in the corner so you couldn’t get out one side. The bathroom was so tight you could not open the shower door fully which was inconvenient. Also the fridge didn’t work and the TV was flat against the wall so you could not angle it towards the bed. No elevator/lift so if struggle with stairs ask for a room on the ground floor. The reception was not manned after 11pm so made it feel a bit like a room in a apartment block rather than a nice hotel atmosphere late evening.

The hotel is well located and beautifully decorated. Rooms are comfortable.

The staff were a bit rude at times, and the communication wasn't always great. They would get out requests for breakfast wrong most of the times and the service wasn't consistent. It's a shame there's no lift, even if it was a service lift to carry luggage up to the third floor. Staff also do not help with your bags, which is very disappointing. The breakfast offered is very poor. It's just a croissant or toast plus a drink. If you want to eat more you need to pay over 10 euros for a proper breakfast!

What a great hotel!!! location is fantastic and food fabulous. service was first class - staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. very clean and comfortable. the roof terrace is a great place to chill and soak up the local atmosphere.

we will book again for sure but will book a larger room next time. it does explain that the small rooms are small - they are probably better suited to someone travelling alone. a bit snug for two but we’ll appointed nonetheless.

Location is very central on one of the main walking streets in the historic part of the City with plenty of cafes and restaurants all in walking distance. Hotel staff were professional, friendly and went beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The roof deck has very cool vibes where drinks are served. It was my birthday and when we checked in the room had Birthday balloons, a welcoming card and a complimentary bottle of wine :-) Our room had a small balcony on the second floor over the street which was nice to stand on at night and enjoy the weather. Other rooms looked over an enclosed small interior courtyard.

The noise from the street bars and restaurant can go on past 2:00 am which can be an issue if you are trying to go to sleep. Closing the windows help but does not completely eliminate the noise.

Clean, chic, stylish hotel - lovely interior design. Excellent central location in middle of old town. Was offered free breakfast for our stay which was a bonus! Highly recommended. Would happily return again:)

Very new, nice decorated hotel. Staff was very sweet.breakfast was VERY good. It’s literally in the middle of old town which is walking distance to all cute restaurants And beautiful streets to walk to. Parking lot 5 min walking distance. Pharmacy close by for COVID test.

A little confusing on how to get there driving because the streets are so narrow and for someone who never went is hard to tell if a car is allowed to drive through the streets. That we had no hot water for 3 days because the something broke and it was hard to fix (but it was not their fault. Things happens) but it made the stay uncomfortable for me. Also; the hotel is very clean but the cleaning AFTER we left the room was not well done, bed was poorly done and she left dirty cups and bottles there.

Perfect location, the bed was amazing & so comfortable, the room was modern and very clean as was the bathroom, the hotel was excellent value for money, the staff were accommodating, it has a very personal touch, breakfast was excellent and the jam was out of this world. it could not be better located in the old town of Marbella and a few minutes walk from an outstanding beach, we will definitely be staying at this hotel again and again and again, perfect for couples, would not really recommend for young children.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Just beautiful. So clean, so well made. It has such a charm about it...especially the location. Perfectly located in Marbella Old Town. Can't wait to go back.

Parking is a slight issue but to be expected in the middle of a tourist area. Staff were very helpful but in the peak heat of the day...the trek with luggage was tough
