The hotel and it's grounds are exceptionally beautiful and well designed. The interiors are incredible. The beds are huge! They upgraded us to a bigger room without any cost. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever seen, and El Patio restaurant is wonderful. Except for one experience at El Grill, the service was impeccable and we'd definitely return.

The downsides were - my husband had his suit pressed for a wedding by the hotel and it was done very badly, and they didn't return his suit carrier or hangers. We went to 'El Grill' on a Saturday night and the service was terrible - we weren't offered drinks, everything took a very long time, it was very difficult to get the waiters attention, and we weren't offered dessert at the end. It was eye-wateringly expensive, so we expected more. Strange, given the service elsewhere in the hotel was great.

The whole experience was wonderful in every way. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay - served on the patio in the midst of the beautiful gardens. The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. The pool was in a beautiful setting, with the water at a comfortable temperature. There was a lovely informal restaurant near the pool for lunch. There were several restaurants, including a wonderful one overlooking the sea. The quality of the food was exceptional and very healthy. There was also a spa which overlooked the sea offering thalassotherapy, massage and other treatments.

The amazing staff that kept the property immaculate.

The property has one major flaw that is most rooms have connecting doors. This creates less than ideal sound insulation. One thing to be considered by childless couples or single travellers is that the hotel caters to families with children.

we explored other restaurants outside of the hotel for dinner and the best dinners we had were at the property. it’s very beautiful, well kept and staff was very welcoming. the decor of the property is luxurious yet very cozy, like staying at someone’s fabulous home. I took Pilates classes with Anna and it was great.

Literally, the best place we’ve ever stayed in. Everything is oustanding, pictures can’t show the real beauty of this place. Everything its mesmerising! Wish i can spend all my life there, hahahaha!

The fact that the spa its not free of charge, and that you need to pay extra 60 euros to use the inside pool and sauna, and only for 2 hours.

overall we are very happy with our stay at the hotel. fully equipped gym very good breakfast and food the grill restaurant in the evening. nice swimming pools You have to understand that this place is more for families and adults.

construction work done next to the room from the very morning. We should be informed or different room should be recommended. Luckily we are morning people.

The hotel grounds and interiors were elegant and authentic. Dining areas with a lot of history and quirkiness. exceptionally attentive staff. A variety of dining and lounging options.

As a couple seeking a romantic getaway, there were too many small children everywhere. We love children and have raised 3 ourselves, but we wish there had been a child free pool zone or a side of the beach area perhaps.

Second time in this beautiful hotel and definitely not the last!

We went there for Valentines and made a reservation for 2 in the restaurant. Due to Corona only the "Grill" is open which is a really lovely place. But it was full so we got seated in a new area that looke more like a room from a mountain hut than a restaurant, the tables were very close to one another and there was barely space for the waiters to pass. We asked to be transfered to the Grill but that took about 45 minutes. Of course Corona makes things difficult but it would have been nice when making the reservation for "The Grill" to be informed if you get seated in another area so you can accept or decline.
