Everything was perfect, particularly the staff. Front desk helped me whenever I needed and housekeeping was super fast to give me back a charger I had left in the room - I was checking out and the lady was extremely efficient. Big kudos to the team.

Nothing. Just one note to international travelers - Uber does not really work in this region. It’s better to talk to reception and arrange a taxi.

Very pleasant staff. Pleased to be given paper information about meal times, wi-fi code etc. When we arrived. Room fine and dinner exceptionally good. We were able to park on a nearby street. We stayed for just one night on our way further south. Will remember this fir another time.

We booked the room then added the breakfast and dinners as required. Very friendly staff, all areas clean and comfortable.

The parking was quite expensive at 15€ per day. Would have liked a bit more choice on the dinner menu. No tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Clean hotel. Reception staffs speak in English. Good variety for breakfast. Our special dietary requirements were kept for us.

The room was not provided with Kettles, tea or coffee facilities. Also, iron board not kept. When asked for kettles, the staff said it is not mandatory and didn't offer to provide one. One of the room keys not working. Need to activate multiple times.

This hotel exeeded our expectation. We were provided with the room we asked for. Spacious and equipped for disabled guests and for the price of simple twin room - very courtious. There is the restaurant on site in the basement and we were served with lunch, dinner and breakfast on the ground floor for my partner not to have to climb the stairs (lift to the basement was not working the day we stayed in). Very clean room, comfortable beds, soundproof, sockets at the bedsides which was important for us. The bathroom is spacious, equipped for disabled, plenty of toiletteries. There is the terrace at the hotel as well which is also comfortable.

All was very good and exceeded my expectations. I've stayed at the hotel before.

All was good with the hotel. I wish I could say the same about the train system - very unreliable. Kept stopping one stop before the hotel and having to change trains. Not ideal when travelling at night.

In this hotel you face everything according to the hotels standards: * Convenient check-in and helpful reception staff * Comfortable apartments for a short stay: comfortable bed, table, wardrobe and bathroom * Good cleaning - everything is tidy

There were two small issues about our staying * In one room the toilet started leaking on the last day. we just turned off the water at night so as not to hear the sound of running water. I am sure, if we say it to the staff, everything would be solved, but we had a short stay so forgotten. * Price for parking. From my point of view,15 euros per day is a little bit high for a small towm. At the other hand, it was totaly safe.

We liked very much the friendliness of the personel, both at the reception and in the restaurant. We had a decent dinner with tapas in the restaurant and enjoyed the good service.

Nice bathroom. Great staff. King size bed .

No kettle. Glass door to bathroom. Sheets not quilt. Far too warm and air-conditioning not very effective. Smell of air freshener overpowering in our friend's room.

Parking is very important for motorbike riders and this hotel had its own parking area underneath the hotel which was great. The rooms were comfy but it was the great hospitality staff, the the bar and restaurant, who made the stay memorable. Very good service indeed!

It would be good to be able to book parking for peace of mind.
