The location was excellent, there was a supermarket 2 minutes away, restaurants also very close. The beach Cala'n blanes was a five minute walk away which was beautiful, perfect for young children as the sea was shallow and calm. There were a couple of restaurants/bars on the beach too. The more populated area was about 10 minutes walk and had something for everyone. There were other beaches there as well. There was a bus stop a short distance away to go to Cuitadella and neighbouring resorts. The apartment was basic but had everything we needed. It was ground floor with gardens in front ideal for a 4year old to play. The pool was lovely, well maintained and had a baby pool. It also had easy access, no steps into the pool. The staff were lovely and friendly, they kept the place beautifully clean.

The bed in the living room could do with updating. Also the mattresses were very firm, but that is just a personal preference. There is no air conditioning only fans that operated when the light was on. Not an issue in late September but summer months would have been hot.

Great location, close to one of the best calas in Menorca. Friendly staff. We were able to use the pool and sunbeds after checkout. Nice terrace. Parking always available. Close to supermarkets. 5 min away by car from ciutadella centre. Change of towels.

Would have loved to have aircon, as it was a little hot sometimes (the fan helped). Sofa bed was sadly uncomfortable :( but still great value for money!

very clean, the staff was lovely, they really make a difference and make you feel super comfortable. the swimming pool is fantastic and the apartment although basic is very well equipped. and the location was perfect to relax and at the same time we’ll connected with other parts of the island!!! we will be back to this amazing place!!

No much!!! it would be great to have air conditioning and some bits and pieces needed fixing (I.e. shower head) but in general it’s a very lovely apartment complex!

The staff, location and pool were all excellent. The apartment was clean and we loved the terrace that overlooked the pool.

It would have been great if a bottle of water could have been provided on arrival, or if there was a vending machine on the premises to buy water. We arrived late at night and there was nowhere open close-by to buy water and it isn't advisable to drink the tap water in Menorca...

Very peaceful and good location. It has everything you need around you , even if don't have a car.

The maintenance and replacement of brocken or damaged items needs much more attention.

Very good contact with the landlord. Great location in close proximity to beaches, shops and restaurants. Convenient parking with plenty of space. The facility is kept clean.

Only one bread knife in the kitchen.

Great patio. Stuff is helpful. Nice, spaceous apartment for two people. And, they have great iron :)
