We stayed 6 nites. The service stood out as the best part of my stay. The staff were exceptionally attentive and responsive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of promptly and with a smile. Every morning, the breakfast staff brought my wife her gluten-free bread, a small but greatly appreciated detail.... Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable. Every area, from the lobby to the room and pool was meticulously maintained and spotless, providing a sense of comfort throughout our visit. Overall, the combination of outstanding service and cleanliness made our stay truly enjoyable. Location : Cuitadella is only 15mn by car, you have lots of beaches around less than 15 minutes by car, so top location for beach hunting Restaurant : We did not try the buffet restaurant but can highly recommend Dulcinea which is a 5mn walk.

Wifi was a bit slow.

The room was spacious, the facilities were good and the location was also good to travel to Ciutadella and different calas. The Front office team was very friendly and helpful.

Our room's balcony had a pipe dripping water for the plants. At some point, there was a big flow of water coming out, making the balcony wet. Afterwards, the pipe continued dripping, making an annoying sound. When the technician came to check, he said it was normal and stormed out of the room, saying we could notify reception if we wanted. Not the best manners, honestly. Missed a bit of night enternainment with more activities than only singing. Sangria of the swimming pool bar was a miss.

Close by a very good beach and restaurants around! Just a few steps from there. Spacious room It has a very nice balcony, clean rooms Property has much to offer during the day Good air conditioner

The bathroom was to steamy, old floor in bathroom and bedroom, lots of water from the shower made it dangerous slippery bathroom. Needed to dry with towels to be able to walk after taking shower We had to have a breakfast before our early flight so they offered a ready meal 5:30 am. Very old food and little on plate. Absolutely not ok for the price we pay. We were very disappointed. We couldn’t eat most of things in the plate and end up paying a breakfast in the airport.

Beautiful holiday resort next to the beach and near restaurants and facilities. Absolutely enjoyed my stay and I am looking forward to coming to the same place again on my next vacation! The courtyard is breathtaking with big pools, luxuriant gardens, tennis courts and little places with benches that have the best viewing points for you to rest on. Both breakfast and dinner are fantastic with a lot of variety, the rooms are comfortable and the staff has been very friendly and helpful. Loved it.

That I couldn't stay longer.

Very well decorated and clean. Nice spacious room with big balcony. The swimming pool is gorgeous and huge! Always available spaces on the day beds. Breakfast is good too and has stuff for all different tastes.

Very noisy. From 7 am I would wake up with rooms around closing the doors and kids running around the corridors or crying. You could hear everything as if the door of your room was wide open. You had to get the car to get to a supermarket or beach.. its was a bit out of hand but not too far from anything.

We spent 10 days in this beautiful hotel. The room and facilities were very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect and the nearby beaches amazing. Location is great, restaurants, the marina and lighthouse within walking distance if you're good on foot. We had a problem with the location of our room on arrival but management took care of it the next day and we had a perfect stay thereafter.

The breakfast and dinner buffet were ok but not exceptional. We had high expectations because of the very good reviews and were a bit disappointed. But all in all would still recommend this hotel.

The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help. They are really a credit to the hotel. The gardens and pool are lovely and are very well looked after. We really liked the location of the property as it is located on the edge of the resort and is therefore in a quiet area, however at the same time the beach is just a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was very good quality and had plenty of choice. Bedrooms were clean, modern and comfortable.

Hotel was lovely and clean. Rooms very crisp and comfortable with lovely little touches. Pool and lounging area was also clean and well maintained. Our package included the buffet breakfast that was perfect and had great veriaty to start the morning. The snack bar was also a delight. All of the above praise goes hand in hand with how kind and helpful the staff were. Worth noting is that was 7-months pregnant on this trip and the hotel was a great spot for any expecting parents.

The huge buffet selection offered for breakfast and dinner was amazing and constantly topped up. The food was amazing too at the pool bar. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. It was all good with regards to food, drink and entertainment offered and we were pleasantly surprised and exceeded expectations. Thank you.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Excellent facilities, lovely comfy room, bed was huge! Large balcony, amazing combinations of pools and jazuzzi. Impressed with choice of great food for breakfast and dinner. I loved how quiet and calm it was. Definitely enough sunbeds to keep everyone happy! Great relaxing holiday, everything close by. When you get your key check the map of the complex as quicker to nearest beach may not be via reception- there are a few exits round the complex. Easy for bus to Ciutadella across the road from reception. Staff were all great and kind and understanding, with my poor Spanish! I spent most of time in the day at the beach, but the time I was by the pool, the events they have on looked fun. Evening entertainment every night seemed really popular too. I was also pleasantly surprised how reasonable the little shop in the hotel was!

Nothing - lovely hotel. I knew at time of booking that it's closer to Son Xoniger beach, and that Calan Bosch was quick walk away. Great for visiting this end of the coast.
