This is a lovely place to stay. So beautiful, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous - a full bathtub, which I had not seen so far on our trip Although the hosts speak only Spanish, they are very good with google translate, so they make conversing easy. The host was very kind and drove us to a place for dinner and then also picked us up! A lovely breakfast was included, and the price was more than reasonable - this was our favourite place to stay so far!!

Lovely and clean posada. Room and bathroom was pretty large, and water pressure and temperature was excellent. The hosts were really friendly and the property was nicely kept. Loved to wake up in the countryside being only a 15 min drive from Santander. Best restaurant “La Antigua” 3 min away

You need to drive through some winding small roads to get there (not a big deal)

Very polite and attentive hosts whi os ready to help and show interesting site seengs despite of no English. Super clean room, great house, nice garden. Not reach breakfast but there is some choice and no problem to get more coffee (very tasty) and juce. Awesome cleaning or the room - like 5-stars hotel.

To our regret air conditioner doesn't work. That all.

Beautiful place with lovely facilities. I enjoyed the indoor and outdoor terrace area, as well as my room. There was a large, jetted tub which was a dream for me. Everything was sparkling clean, comfortable, and functioned perfectly. The hosts were helpful for all of my needs. Snack and drink options were plenty and breakfast was simple but lovely. I recommend this posada if you’re in the area.

The room had a very small window which made it quite dark, but with the hot weather outside it was perhaps a relief from the heat.

The man on the counter didn’t speak English and I didn’t speak Spanish but with use of gestures and Google translate he checked me in and explained things to me with perfect attitude and friendliness. He also served me a lovely breakfast in the morning. The room was great, nice big comfy bed and the shower was also excellent.

Absolutely stunning hotel, I was so pleased I found this on booking.com, Upon entering the small courtyard I was totally surprised at what a stunning place this was. If I ever go to Santander again this hotel will be my choice Rooms are very very nice, breakfast also lovely. Wish I'd stayed more than 1 night !!

Nothing to dislike

A warm welcome, we don’t speak Spanish so had to use Google translate. Lovely room and fresh and clean. Breakfast was standard continental with a few options. Set in a very quiet location off main road.

There wasn’t any soundproofing so from our room on 1st floor we could hear people in reception area and also the bathroom in the next room when being used. All was quiet from 11pm until 8am

Location was excellent. The interior decor was tasteful with great views of the estuary.. Access to local beach & facilities 5 minutes. Good stop for Ferry port . Breakfast was good value.

Ready lovely building but write it off the way. The staff were lovely and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast and there was a bar where you could sit outside with a drink. Room was basic but comfortable

The access is via very narrow lanes. there is no air conditioning and whilst we were there they were not doing evening meals.

the water heater was sounds all day and night, but also you couldn’t turn it off, because then it took ages to get hot water again
