Room was very clean and spacious as was the bathroom - housekeeping keep everything in very good order Parking on site is available - underground for €12 a day or there is also a free section Requested a sea view and got it (thanks)

Breakfast was very chaotic - lots of children and adults rushing around Food choices rather limited

All staff were very happy, smilely and helpful. Very comfortable room. Great selection of food at meal times. Price of drinks was very reasonable. Wi-fi worked very well throughout hotel. Evening entertainment was one night a magician, next night a guitarist/singer and last night a "Show" Beauty and the Beast. Plenty of sunbeds around the 3 pools.

Having to Check Out at 12 noon on last day when our lunch slot did not start until 2:30pm. No information in the room on available TV channels. Only by accident did we find about 8 English Channels (BBC 1, 2, ITV 1-4, Channel 4, Film 4, E-channels) If you want to have a bath there is no accessible soap, gel, shampoo. Have a stand in bath to access shower gel bottle. Hotel was packed on the Friday and Saturday nights so mealtimes were a bit chaotic.

expensive wine - and different prices If you had a bottle at dinner it cost €11 and at the bar even if same time cost €18’and down by supermarket same bottle cost €4 so not great - being English the entertainment was only in Spanish so had no idea what was being said - perhaps could of had one night where the English could join in - having said that all the staff were lovely especially reception

Everything. Food options at breakfast, lunch and dinner very good. Free parking adjacent to the hotel. Wi-fi perfect. Bedroom very clean and bed very comfortable.

Shower gel container too high if you decide to have bath. Need to provide bars of soap.

I didn't like the buffet the food was dry I would recommend going somewhere else and if you go to the spa I would recommend not go get the indu massage it wasn't good at all

Everything was good or very good except 2. It’s a nice family hotel with good and diverse food and plenty of space at the pool with clean water. Different activities and entertainments for kids and adults were possible with very friendly and helpful staff. Nice sea and sand beach only by 5min walk.

The “clean” towels were too much old and used up and even had stains on them. Parts of some towels were scraped! The isolation of the walls were terrible. We could hear the noise of the neighbours talking as well as their TV. It really started to bother us when it was 1:30AM…

Food was great, plenty of choice. Pools are great loads of sunchairs. Very clean, staff are helpful 2nd time booking here would return to this hotel.

Nice size room. TV had about 6 English channels including BBC 1, E4, ITV 1 and 2. Buffet dinner very good; varied selection. Staff very professional and attentive. Free car parking adjacent to hotel and plenty of spaces. Wifi excellent. Outdoors pools well maintained with ample sunbeds. Evening entertainment in Spanish but not a problem as mostly music and dancing. Would highly recommend.

The shampoo. Awful stuff. Be good to have a printed list of TV channels.
