The food for the evening Dinner was-unacceptable We arrived 8 45 all the acceptable dishes had been eaten and not replaced The food was cold and the man in the dining room was all on his own and he was so obliging and helpful he made what was disaster into a delight that someone cared full marks to him The Breskfast at 8.05 next morning was fine and ok You need to sort out your food and also insist on some dress code and decorum in the fining room Caps turned backwoods while shoveling in food into overweight bodies is enough to turn most stomachs

Very nice stay! One of our best! They had a lot of things to offer and the two course meal (breakfast and dinner) was very good, at least for a three night stay, they would switch it up though and offer some ice cream for the children as a feedback.

- The floors were very dirty, my wife had to wash them several times. - The WiFi was practically non existent, served us well but bad if you really need it.

The pool was fabulous and great fun.. Breakfast selection was excellent. Grounds were lovely. Good parking close to accommodation. Reception was very responsive to any problems.

As older people climbing in and out of a bath to shower was a bit daunting. In fact, our bathroom could have been done with updating. It was well worn!

Pool area, food buffet with really nice and varied food for both breakfast and dinner, comfortable apartment and some activities for kids and youths.

Be aware that the apartment is to a large extent based on self-catering, by example you need to bring your own toilet paper and hand soap. Pool table was out of order and the golf coorse next door is closed down.

The property was very nice for families and especially for those with smaller children. Dogs were allowed. Pools were nice, small lazy river, jacuzzi beds were great. Main jacuzzi was colder than the main pool, possibly ok if in the sun and looking to keep cool. They run some kid’s clubs but we didn’t use.

Parking was extremely tight and clearly a lot of drivers don’t care to stay within the lines so take up 2 spaces. This was not reinforced. The sun beds around the pool were taken early, lots of young children sent out by parents with arm load of towels to reserve beds then disappeared. Annoying. This was an expensive stay at nearly €300 per night and our request for some toilet paper was refused so bring your own.

Excellent grounds. Well maintained. Clean rooms.

Only having 1 person on reception 🥱. Took around 25-30 mins to check in. Not what you want after 7 hours driving. Also had a family of elephants in the room above us. Noise was incredible. We had a downstairs room at end of building with patio as we have a dog. No lifts so you had to negotiate stairs or walk a fair distance from the lower end of the car park.

It’s a really well located resort, sorrounded by green areas and pretty quiet for a nice resting. Dogs allowed is always a plus.

Apartments don’t have elevator, so if you have any mobility issues and/or are traveling with babies, request a ground floor one in advance. Also important: If you bring your dog with you, ground floor apartment don’t have fences in the terrace.

The room is well decorated and spacious. It's well equipped. The staff helping the check-in is very nice. The beds are comfortable and the place is very quiet.

There is no hairdryer in the room. You have go to the lobby to borrow it. The staff doing the check-out should be doing better with smiling. The hotel is not in the down town.

The hotel is really nice. Great stuff, a beautiful area, a superb swimming pool (there is one for kids as well), there is a place to play football, basketball, table tennis. The location is good - it's about 10 mins by car to the nearest beach. We took breakfasts and dinners - the food was lovely.

It would be great to have a buffet every day but it was only on the weekend (due to the number of people I guess)

Had a lovely time at this resort, we were meant to stay 2 nights in September but due to unforeseen circumstances only managed to get there for the second day. We weren't disappointed, the staff were incredibly helpful when we arrived. Our apartment was located on the ground floor 10 steps to the pool. The apartment was lovely, very spacious, clean, modern, great amenities available such as dishwasher - not that we had need to use it. The food and bar were great, pricing was reasonable. Again all the staff we met were really friendly and went out of their way to improve our stay. We would definitely like to go back! We didn't get to explore to area around the resort but the drive from Aragon was beautiful!
