Great facilities in the room: A fridge, kettle + tea bags, coffee machine and desk for working at. Clean, comfortable and quiet, with plenty of space for suitcase and clothing. Bright, contemporary decor. Close to lots of cafes and restaurants. Easily found free parking nearby on Rúa A. Noriega Varela.

The person at reception wasn't very friendly and didn't smile once during my stay. The hotel felt a bit corporate. Only one coffee pod, ( I don't count the second decaffeintated one!)

I stay at a lot of hotels and visit Ourense at least every other year. The NH is a terrific spot with a great front-desk and wonderful rooms. Everything felt fresh and new. The level of cleanliness and attention to detail was impeccable. The bed was very good and the shower was first-rate. They have a small but beautiful rooftop bar with light bites too. Very good service here as well. This stylish and attractive spot -- much like the lovely city of Ourense, its people -- is a winner.

The room was excellent: clean, very spacious, great deco, and very quiet. The bed was large and very comfortable. The mini-bar was basic but useful. We appreciated the bottle of complementary water. The facilities to make tea and coffee in the room were excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel experience we have had in Ourense, and we have been to quite a few hotels in the city over the years.

The gym is a nice added feature. You can also have water and some fresh apples right there. The sweets they put at the lobby are also a nice add-on. I did no use the hotel parking as I could park near, outside in the street, out of the controlled "blue zone".

Nothing really. The hotel is very near the center of the city, it is clean and comfortable and I could park the car near in the street. So I have not much to complain about.

A welcoming hotel with friendly staff, large room with a very comfortable bed and good air conditioning (it was 35C when we were there). We parked in the secure garage, personally 15 euro per night seemed very reasonable.

The bathroom with a glass window with a blind looking onto the room is a bit impractical if you use it in the night and don't want to wake others up by turning on the light.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Excellent information assistance from staff. We were there for two nights and as usual we opted not to have a cleaning/laundry service during our stay. As a a reward for this eco choice we received a drinks voucher for the pleasant roof top bar.

Very nice hotel. Just what we needed

The lady on reception was just a bit off with us. Not as friendly as the other hotels. We booked a room pet friendly with our dog. She didn’t notice we had our dog with us, and then seemed to be very confrontational with us after that. She seemed not to trust us at all.

Beautiful room, lovely bathroom, lovely toiletries. Well equipped bedroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet hotel.excellent choice for breakfast. We got an unexpected room upgrade, and a voucher for a free drink! What's not to like.

Nothing, perhaps have a bar with longer hours? Sometimes it's nice to be able to have a quiet drink at the end of a busy day sightseeing.

Hotel is top with nice & friendly personal. But the reception is not aware that the top Asador (Asador del Roa) in the city is permanently closed. But the lady facilitating the breakfast wins the Nobel price for us. To the point and doing the job in difficult conditions, meaning to say the room is too small for all guests always coming on the same moment. Book this hotel!. My few remarks are for supporting the hotel and the staff. I would welcome a good asador in Ourense. Perhaps an idea for NH and pr me to visit again.

The hotel is perfectly located to the city centre and visit all of the many attractions nearby This is our second stay at NH Ourense, and we weren't disappointed again. The colleagues are fantastic, especially the colleagues who work in the breakfast restaurant, who were so friendly and helpful
