The best location in Las Americas area, near to the best shops, restaurants, bars and one of the best beach [with nice sand] Very large parking places, large pool and quick acess to the sand beach [12 Eur an umbrella and 2 sunbeds] The cleaning was acceptable, the staff was ok with a good attitude, very quick process of checkin and checkout. Overall wifi was ok, the function of elevators was ok.

The hotel was made in 1997 [a greek owner] and now must be refurbish. The food at breakfast and dinner can be improved [now is only acceptable, the taste and diversity can be improve]. Our flat was nice because was large, but not a good quiet into the room. Air condition was acceptable. The staff from restaurant/ bar can be improved.

amazing location, fantastic pool, lovely staff

last visited in 2019. disappointed that the advertised (in hotel) beach bar was closed, and that the public spaces aren’t maintained anymore. the hotel has internal fountains that don’t work, so just look unkempt. two of the pool fountains don’t work and the spa is still closed. air conditioning was also really poor. this was not as good a visit as previously for these reasons. we would probably return again, as the location is amazing, but it’s just lost some of its polish (and I think dropped a star too)

very nice location and facilities good staff

they gave us worst possible room. Ac was broken. we have to move room late night. staff was very rude trying to tell me that she is helping me as if I WAS STAYING FOR FREE....LOL.... She couldnot even understand what i meant as her ENGLISH WAS VERY POOR...

Facilities Pool, Gym, Daytime Entertainment at Pool were very good

Nighttime Entertainment and venue was poor, Breakfast was very average, eggs always cold and omelette making was poor also. Housekeeping was consistent but average. No kettle or tea/coffee making provisions in the room which was disappointing especially given the price and rating of the hotel.

Selection of food was superb, also included sparkling wine in the breakfast..wo nderful. Lots of lovely meals to choose from and made to order dishes too.

I cannot think of anything negative. Only like to say that the staff working g in the evening bar on the terrace should have a cover above them..it was very warm for them

In-house kindergarten, sports, and leisure activities.

Bands play until 11 pm making it hard to put a baby to sleep. The nearby beach is not suitable for swimming as it has a sharp rock bottom. You have to walk a bit longer to the next beach

This was our second time to stay at mediterranean palace hotel tenerife, we stayed a couple of years ago but this time round it's been done to a high standard it's a beautiful hotel not cheap but worth the money in our opinion, we were greeted with a warm welcome, breakfast was lovely plenty of choice. Location is perfect we will be staying again for sure 😊

Nothing we didn't like

Breakfast was great. A lot to choose from. Location is great. Room service was top notch!

The bed sheets were not changed for a 1 week stay. The bed fitted sheet was changed once on demand but nothing else.

Great hotel in a great location. Great facilities over all with a fabulous pool. Staff were really attentive. We stayed half board and were more than happy with the array of choices over breakfast and dinner. We loved the terrace bar in the evening which was a nice space to chill out. We also had the option to use the Cleopatra Palace for a breakfast and dinner (at a surcharge) but didnt have time to use it.

The room we were in was a little tired and could defintely do with an update (we were facing Mount Tiede) Also not enough plug sockets or usb points and no coffee or tea making which waa disappointing. Also gym usage had a surcharge of 6 euros a day.

The food

We have been going to this hotel for many years and over them years the hotel has not changed. I mean this literally it still has the same hairdryers it had over 20 years ago. It is time it had a refit as its looking tired and loosing its sparkle.
