It was so central to everything and its cleanliness. Felt very safe and secure and only a short walk to the centre. Despite having no parking, there was never an issue with finding a space outside the gate. The cleaners were so approachable and friendly and did an excellent job.

Towels were only changed every second day and bed clothes were not changed at all even though the rooms were cleaned (8 days stay). Iron we were given on the first day didn’t work. Got a second one two days after and it was a travel iron that I could have left a small child with as it never got heated. Safe was turned off a day early despite paying for it.

Great location though up a short steep hill so if you have walking difficulties it may not be for you. The apartment was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The cleaners were very good especially one of the ladies who actually checked us in. The balcony gets the afternoon sun until approx 5.00pm. . Liked it so much we've booked for next year.

Nothing really except my wife ran up a large bill for roaming on her mobile phone as the internet , although connected, wasn't working - it had a habit of bumping you off without warning.

Spotless clean. All staff very friendly. Young man that checked us in very promptly explained access codes to property and apartment very polite as were all staff. Beds very comfortable. Very peaceful and quiet. A very relaxing holiday. Hope to return later in the year.

An ironing board to rent.

The staff are wonderful. Always smiling, very friendly and helpful. We especially want to thank Margot. The apartments are very well kept and well maintained. Pool area is lovely and gets sun all day. Great showers in rooms, comfy beds. Kitchen facilities are good enough if you want to eat in sometimes. Induction hob is very fast. Apartments are spacious and second floor rooms have huge terrace with great views. Location is superb. Less than 10 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants etc, also to the beach. Book share option in reception was great. We used that a lot.

The vending machine does supply small bottles of water but would be great if the hotel sold large bottles at reception to save carrying them from the supermarket. We were going through 4 litres a day.

Great location, 10 minutes from beach and main shopping centre. 5 minutes from main bus station. The apartment was clean and fresh. All staff were friendly. A short hill to the apartment but at the bottom of quite a big hill so was manageable. Had everything you needed for a self catering hoilday. Large balcony with sun loungers and patio table with chairs. We stayed on the top floor with hillside views. The apartment was spacious. Wifi worked on and off but was enough for us. The pool area had sun all day until around tea time, when the sun would go behind the apartment's, toilet near the pool to save you having to go to and from apartment. Beds were comfortable, but the sofa bed, which we also used, wasn't as comfortable. We would return without a doubt!

A pleasant stay with no complaints.

It was a lovely time that we had there, perfect size for a holiday, very comfortable and the workers were really nice with us.

The neighbors would let the children play until very late at night and make noise. We were missing basic things to clean and wash the dishes but after asking for it they have placed it in our apartment.

There was no way to get into the complex when we arrived. We were left outside the property with no code to the gate for access. Another guest eventually opened the gate and gave us a phone number to call. This was a different phone number than what you will find if you Google the number for the property. No one answers from that number. I had informed the property of our arrival time days beforehand. We hadn't arrived unexpectedly. Information before arrival that no staff would be there and the number to call when you get there would easily solve this issue. The door of the apartments are codes so it can all be sorted over the phone.

Nice and quiet

Key collection at property needs to be better. Better notice for visitors on how to enter property and key collection. Too stressful.

Fantastic location: Puerto Rico is quite hilly but this was very manageable. Very close to the beach and the commercial centre and just up the hill from the bus station. The studio apartment while compact, had everything we needed. It was spotless and cleaned almost daily. So lovely to have the pool outside our door. The staff, especially the cleaners were so friendly and helpful. I know other reviews mentioned finding it hard to get access codes but I called the phone number provided and someone sorted the codes for me very quickly. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

The single beds wedged together.

We had a one bed apartment. It was modern and extremely clean. It was cleaned 8 times out of our 11 day stay. It's a big apartment with everything you need. We had a huge balcony with 2 loungers, a table and 4 chairs and an umbrella. The shower was strong and hot and the beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for us. So quiet at night and not a sound was heard from the neighbours. A little hill up and down to the shops, restaurants and bars. We've stayed here twice now and will book again!

The aircon wasn't great but we were there during a heatwave! It was also free.
