Room was very clean, spacious and quiet. It was very nice. Dinner and breakfast were very nice. I liked the buffet style where you could choose whatever you liked.

The only thing that was annoying is that there is no direct bus/coach or hotel shuttle service to/from Girona Airport. The bus journey took me almost 4 hours from Girona Airport. There was a long wait time between bus connections in Figueres. I took a taxi back to the airport which was expensive as I was travelling alone. Maybe Hotel Spa Mediterraneo and a couple of other hotels could pool together to organise a collection/drop-off shuttle bus to/from Girona Airport.

Great location, good facilities, decent food and friendly/helpful staff

Nothing really I think the only things would be the quality of the entertainment in the bar in the evening, as it wasn’t great. Very bland and quite depressing at times Secondly the dress code of no shorts in the dining room in the evening, wasn’t policed - if you have a rule stick to it and get people to dress appropriately for dinner Also there were a lot of very rude guests who obviously don’t know the meaning of the word queue and pushing in was quite common

The hotel is great. Very close to the beach and with a lot space outside to choose from. Pool areas are great and the kids club is excelent. Rooms are good and clean all with a small balcony. Spa treatments are very good and last but not least, the food is great with lots of choices both at breakfast and at dinner. Big Thank you to Aleksija for receiving us so well and always helpful in the reception, Big thank you to Magda and Alexia in the kids club for entertaining our and other children always with a great smile and dedication, Big thank you to Eli for the great massages we have done, probably the best massages I’ve ever had.

The Gym is small but fair. Would like to have a few more options for training.

A lot of pools, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Underground parking with charging point (reserved and paying) 2 blocks away from the beach. Room was fine and badroom too. Bar at the pool had a very delicious assortment of food and drinks. (we only had breakfast included)

Fitness was okay but not a lot variation and strength. A lot of people sat at the kids pool and we're smoking while we sat there with our baby. Room was a little noisy, especially above the restaurant. You could here all the chairs moving but this was luckily between dinner hours.

Be careful reserving through Booking.com. I made a reservation through Booking.com for 7 nights. At arrival I had to pay the whole stay. When I had to leave after 4 days because my partner had left me, the girls at the reception said they'd normally refund the 3 unused days but that I had to call Booking.com Booking.com came back the day after saying they maintained the full reservation so I had no refund...

It's a fantastic hotel with clean, spacious rooms and a perfect location within walking distance of the popular tourist area in Roses. Live music in the evening and a mini club for kids. One of our beach towels got stolen, and the hotel did not charge extra.

Do not forget to book a parking space separately. My car was robbed in front of the hotel - good they did not take anything valuable.

The adult only pool +++, buffet food both lunch and evening superb... Some good evening entertainment. Staff on the whole are engaging and friendly.

Like many big hotels some season staff are just not bothered about giving attentive care. Ultimately this is a management issue. It did not spoil the holiday in any way once we knew which workers to ignore...

3 pools with sufficient sunbeds and really beautiful garden with palm trees and lots of shade. Food in the restaurant was good, plenty of choice . Friendly and helpfull staff. Good location nearby the beach, maybe a little far from city centre (15-20mins). A lot of things to see and do in Roses and the surrounding towns.

Big hotel so restaurant is very busy with sometimes long waiting line at the entrance. We didn´t known you had to reserve parking space (very limited nr of places) so we always had to park in the surrounding streets. Difficult to find a spot ánd our car got damaged (hit and run). Not a lot of animation during the evening. The hotel organized live performances however but there was little interest from the hotel guests.

Beautiful grounds, very close to all the action. Delicious food, really nice staff, clean and very family friendly.

Music by the pool was only on when the animation team was doing activities (that is just our preference, we love music!)

The was spacious and very clean, food was excellent and pool are area was lovely. Staff were outstanding and a special mention to Titia who was kind to me, when I was sick to arrange an appointment with the doctor.

The night entertainment needs a big improvement, I know its September, but the hotel was full and it needs better entertainment.
