We are very satisfied with the excellent services offered by Ona Jardines Paraisol and with our room. The staff was helpful and kind and the bed was comfortable. The sight from the balcony in the 7th floor was breathtaking. My girlfriend was also especially pleased by the fact that they included free organic shower gels and shampoo.

One stove top didn't work so well, the rest was perfect.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and there was everything you might need in the fully stocked kitchen. I thought a lovely touch was the small care package for your arrival which included coffee, tea, sugar, milk etc., as well as a kitchen pack which included washing up liquid, a cloth, a sponge, and laundry powder - fab to get you started. Also, despite some older reviews, I can confirm that there was toilet paper also included 😊 as well as a dispenser in the shower with gel/shampoo. The little touches definitely made the difference. The apartment was really central and just a 10 minute walk to the beach. But the highlight for our family was the pool. Very well maintained and the slide was definitely a hit with the kids. All in all, a fab apartment in a great location.

The whole trip was amazing,the only downside was the air-conditioning which was only in the lounge & one bedroom - the second bedroom didn't have any unfortunately.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for our 11 night stay. There was no oven but this was no issue for us. The air conditioning was great. The apartment was spotless! The pool area was very quiet which was great for us as we had our 6 month old baby with us. The next street over had lots of lovely restaurants and supermarkets so everything was in walking distance. I was pleasantly surprised with these apartments. We will definitely stay again.

People ringing the buzzer of our apartment which woke the baby numerous times. This is obviously not the host's fault but it was very annoying.

Clean apartments friendly staff. Quiet relaxed atmosphere. No loud pubs/clubs nearby. Located in the more residential side of Salou which suited us perfectly. Pool was clean and well kept. The water slide was a big hit with the kids. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for shade at the pool. No having to compete for sun loungers, or put towels on to reserve although it may be busier July/August. Lovely local restaurants nearby serving Lovely Spanish tapas style food. Supermarkets within 3 to 5 minutes walk. Beach about 10/15 min walk. 3km walk to the the other end of the main promanade. Taxis are cheap and available if you dont want to walk that far. Port adventura is s short taxi ride away, about 5/10 mins. As is Reus airport which is very convenient. Enjoyed our stay very much. Very good value for money. Suited our needs for a quiet relaxed family holiday.

We came for four nights the low season (April) and it was great. Location is very quiet at this time of year, which is exactly what we needed. We were late for our check in, but they have a very good system of key collection. All information is very clear. We also locked our door with keys in and stuff was so nice and helpful (excellent English btw), sorted everything right away. The rooms were very clean and well prepared. We found everything we needed and more. After two days it was cleaned for us and we got new towels. Highly recommend! Ps. It's just a 30 minute walk to get to Port Aventura Park.

We arrived later than expected on a Sunday and was worried about missing someone to give us the keys. The instructions for the lock box were straightforward and easy to use. The keys and instructions to our unit were clearly marked with our name, in the locked box. The instructions to our unit and which building were clearly shown by a drawn out map. Really appreciated the thoroughness of the instructions, when arriving at a new place. Thank you very much!

Not much! The apartment is in a great location in Salou and was a perfect size for the two of us. It was very clean and well supplied with everything you would need for a week’s vacation. Even had a washing machine. The front door to the building had a “sticky” lock that was not always easy to open but other than that everything else worked perfect.The internet was a little slow😕

What an amazing place, can’t believe it’s only a 2 star we have stayed in 4&5 stars that wouldn’t have been as nice as this place. The place is spotless and plenty of room for a family of 6 n their 2bed apt. Staff very friendly and helpful 5stars 🤩 Fantastic place Highly Recommend. Looking forward to returning. Thank you

Being a mix of residential and holiday apartments meant poolside was relaxed and quiet, and there were plenty of sunbeds. We asked for a cot and highchair, and both were provided. Apartments had everything we needed, and air conditioning was great.

Around the pool area was grass, and unfortunately, it had rained heavily a few nights, so the grass was mucky. Completely out of the control of the hotel was just unfortunate.

All the facilities inside the flat were very useful. The washing machine and complimentary cleaning products were a nice and very useful touch. The building and apartment were very clean and a bargain at the price we paid. The lady at reception was very nice and helpful.

We got sent lots of messages before checking in. Emails, WhatsApps and messages on booking.com. quite overwhelming and with mention of a €200 deposit (a lot considering we only paid around €50 for the night). But the deposit never actually happened but did have us worried.

The appartment was perfect for a family of 5. It is well equiped with everything you need. Parking was available, which is perfect if you come by car, but you have to book it in advance. It is located 10-15 minutes away by car to Port Aventura and 10-15 minutes away from beach by walking. They have a swiming pool which is amazing. Salou it's also an amazing place. I really recommend it.
