Loved the size and comfort of the room, the lovely products in the bathroom, the use of the minibar, the beautiful surroundings of the hotel itself with pools and bars. Great selection of food in Capricho restaurant. Staff very professional and helpful. When we needed a taxi, the service was instant. I particularly liked that on check out day, if you needed to wait around a while, you were at liberty to use the facilities until 4pm. That was a huge plus for me due to a late flight.

Unfortunately as soon as I stepped into my room I could smell that someone had previously smoked in that room, despite it being a non smoking.. The smell of cigarette smoke had permeated the soft furnishings. The hallways smelled gorgeous with whatever freshener they used, just a pity the room smelled stale. I didn't like the choice of house wines. Very acidy in taste and not always the same selection at each bar. If only I'd known to book el Gaucho and Helios restaurants as soon as I checked in. Unfortunately they were fully booked by the time I checked with the butler.

The food was exceptional good for a all-inclusive hotel. There were always lots of healthy and tasty vegetables and salads. A broad choice of fruits. Also great fish, chicken and meat. For someone preferring a low carb diet it was very enjoyable. The gym was always open. Nice cleaning lady that helped me with another pillow. And cold drinking water always available in the hallway.

Noisy people in the hallway, drinking too much and argue on some moments in the evening The standard pillows are too thick, they should have more choices in pillows. The minibar was not refilled in the week, even i asked for it.

We paid for all inclusive, when trying to book dinner for the 3 nights we stayed we could only book one night then were told all restaurants were booked out and we could go on a wait list. We were able to have dinner on the last night then when we arrived the restaurant was empty. It was a shame as we didn't want to leave the hotel at all for our honeymoon and had to leave to purchase food when we expected to just stay at the hotel and enjoy our honeymoon together

We had the most amazing stay at TRS Ibiza Hotel, the staf is so friendly and helpful. The service of Juan Carlos from the butler service and Mariana from the house keeping is just PERFECT! Mariana is such a kind person and welcomed us so nice from the first moment we arrived. Juan Carlos helped us with everything we needed and requested. We will definitely come back!

The only remark we can give is after a stay of 5 nights at the hotel, a late check out (15h instead of 13h) would have been much appreciated. Unfortunately this was not possible even when we knew the room is not occupied the same night.

Such a lovely hotel. The room was beautiful, smart & modern with great facilities and L’Occitane products. I was travelling solo and felt really comfortable. Staff were really friendly and the food and drinks (particularly breakfast) were excellent with lots of variety. Lovely pool areas with good music, afternoon DJ, lots of beds but a relaxed energy. Couples, friends, mixed ages - it was a nice crowd and a little older on the whole which I liked. Direct beach access and a short walk to the gorgeous Playa Gracionata and HosteI La Torre. I stayed at Oku last year which was gorgeous but so pricey for room only, that TRS with its lovely welcoming vibe and value trumps it for me as a base, even if you are paying for all inclusive and still plan to be out and about on the island. Would 100% return and recommend!

Small things! But the pillows were a bit hard for me & communal bathrooms around the pool/reception were often out of paper.

Post reviewing some of the reviews on line I was slightly apprehensive, however I must say the hotel and staff were exceptional. There were a few teething problems however you would expect this from a new hotel and everyone finding their feet. Everything was first class! The room was exceptional I stayed in the Sunset Suite. I had never stayed in an all inclusive before so really didn't know what to expect. The food was out of this world as were the beverages. There is one person who really deserves a mention and that was Alejandro on the front desk. I did have a problem when I arrived but he promptly rectified this and throughout my stay absolutely demonstrated first class customer service. I loved the hotel so much I am going back in 2 weeks as it really was all I had hoped for and more! Well done to the whole team - you deserve a good pat of the back! Regards Sarah-Jayne

The booking of the a la carte restaurants definitely needs some work. We only managed to get one booking confirmed - to then see the restaurant virtually empty I cant understand why we could not get in on other days? It may be due to staffing levels - I am not sure - but would have loved to been in these restaurants more.

It’s more than an hotel. It’s an experience. Ibiza wouldn’t be as great it was if we wouldn’t stay is this hotel. The hotel - spacious areas, clean atmosphere, all brand new and impeccable clean and well organized. The staff - genuinely friendly, always ready to help you and very well polite. We have to thank all the staff, in particular Ernesto, Paloma, Elsa and João. They made out stay better than we could have excepted. The amenities - astonishing restaurants with delicious and exquisite food, stunning pools and common places to drag a cocktail. The best sunset in Ibiza was definitely the astonishing rooftop hotel. Forget Blue Marlin Beach Club sunset. This is the one! The overall experience was so staggering that is was hard to get out the hotel and visit Ibiza. Next time we will definitely book this hotel. Not for 1 week, but for the entire summer!

Having been here before we loved the all inclusive and adults only higher end hotel. Great location and reasonably priced

Since coming last year the Helios restaurant has stopped doing lunch, also they are very restrictive on ordering food (eg. Sharing 3 starters between 2 or picking a main to have as a starter given the portions aren’t huge. Food also felt lower quality than previous year and no live music in the restaurants as previously had. We also had an incident of loud moving of furniture during the night of which the security team were rude and unhelpful, staff didn’t offer any means of compensation except 1hr extra on check out of which they locked us out of our room at 12 anyway and had to request our belongings back

The rooftop pool area was a highlight for us - it became our preferred spot to relax during the day, offering a breathtaking view. The Gaucho restaurant deserves a perfect score of 10 for its exceptional staff and the fantastic culinary experience it provides. We were also happy to hear that your room was upgraded to a SeaView in the main building for our 10th anniversary, thanks to the Hotel administration. The rooms met our expectations with their cleanliness and comfortable beds.

Two aspects unfortunately spoilt our hotel stay: Firstly, the professionalism of some Butler service staff was lacking. While Valeria and Mar (if Im not wrong was her name) was highly professional, two other ladies were notably unfriendly and responded impolitely. Often, our messages on WhatsApp were ignored or answered late, raising the question of the necessity of such a "concierge service." Secondly, the location of almost all Dine Out Restaurant options was inconvenient, requiring a 30 minute drive from the hotel and incurring an 80 euro taxi fare for a round trip. Additionally, these dining experiences could not be combined with free club access, limiting us to only two uses of Dine-out during our stay.
