Most of all I was extremely impressed with Andra's service at the front desk! I had a massive issue with the property I was checking into next and she allowed me to use the phone at Reception to sort it out. There was no hesitation in her doing this and she was very patient & helpful and reassuring. I hope she is recognised for helping me as it really was above & beyond her duties.

I didn't realise there was no elevator in the building I was in which made it difficult with a super heavy case to get up the stairs :(

Great location, very friendly staff. Our room was basic but very clean and had a great view. There is a small pool but there is a small beach very close to the hotel. It is also very close to some amazing restaurants and bars.

Can be a bit noisy at night from loud guests returning from a night out.

Great hotel in a great location. Step outside and you are on the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance from Lidl and the bus station. Also very close to the sunset strip (café mambo etc) with the sunset on the beach close by amazing as well, we could see this from our room. Room was clean, we will be staying again.

The only issue with the hotel was the pool was dirty so we never went in it and they don't offer beach towel rental. But everything else was great.

We stayed in a downstairs room, the staff room was next to our room and was very loud early every morning, our only criticism was this but everything else was amazing thank you so much!

The place is very clean, huge and the staff are very friendly. Shower is really great and they give you on your first day a set of sponge, soap and a tea cloth(in case you're wondering). Also, we got a bottle of wine + almonds which was great! I think salt and sugar could be something offered by them, but not something that I'd consider a con. Location is great! I really recommend!

My neighbors were having a party every single day of my stay which make it hard to relax and fall a sleep at times, but all the time I rang the reception they sent the security guy to talk to them.

Perfect location very close to beaches, the nearest just 2 mins away. All shops restaurants and bars nearby. Regular cleaning and new towels everyday.

Well, facilities need renovation and the kitchen was poorly equipped but good value for the money.

The staff are amazing especially Andra who will help you with all your needs etc . Rooms with the balconies are beaute , apartments are massive only ever stayed in hotels.. will defo be coming back!

Great location close to the beach. Good Air conditioning.

Walls very thin. No full length mirror. Needs bigger table or desk.

The staff were super friendly and attentive with anything we needed. We put a request in which got met which was so lovely of them. Amazing value for money for location and time of year. We have stayed here previously under a different company but this year was so much better. We will be rebooking next year and telling our friends too.
