Since we arrived the staff was extremely friendly with my child… we arrived during the morning and since we couldn’t get our room yet they lend us these special rooms that had bathrooms and showers so that we could comfortably open our luggage, get changed and start our adventure in the island without wasting time. The same thing happened the day we left: we did the check out but since we were leaving the island in the afternoon they lend us those special rooms in the afternoon so that we could spent the whole day at the beach and could shower in the hotel while we had already done the check out. That was a super plus for us to be able to leave Formentera and take the ferry completely clean. The host and everybody were so friendly. They even helped me to hire a boat to cross to Spalmador the last day at very last minute. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of varieties of breads, sweet options and salads. Rooms were perfectly cleaned and the bed was super confortable. It was a silent place during the night so we could sleep the whole night without interruptions. They even had these little details at our arrival: a box of macaroons and a beautiful note that I kept when we left. The rooftop has amazing views and the food is delicious: the best restaurant we ate during our stay in Formentera. We would definitely recommend this place and would definitely repeat.

The staff were exceptional all the way from reception, to the bar, breakfast buffet and very helpful when asking about places to visit and eat. The rooms are amazing, clean and bright! We loved the rooftop bar with live music nightly and incredible views.

The spa is rather small and must be booked beforehand, also the jacuzzi has a window into the gym which isn't great as you get to see guests training and taking selfies.

The staff, location and room. Breakfast was also fantastic. Pool facilities great and not too busy as hotel also near fantastic beach. The reception team were excellent and very helpful. We will definitely return. Noe in restaurant deserves a mention, along with colleagus.... thank you

First time on the Island Very Chic Hotel From the Front Desk to the cleaners, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The concierge was very informative on restaurants and places to visit A short walk away from a beautiful beach Can't wait to return next year.

Some of the staff are ignorant; giving our pre booked taxi away to others, breakfast staff manager a little rude.

Breakfast was incredible and the staff! Shoutout to Alfonso for guiding us through the hotel, ensure we get the most out of our visit

Great positive vibes in the hotel. The staff was very helpful and surprised us with a nice welcome (see picture). The pool on the 5th floor is amazing. The view is out of this world. We enjoyed a nice swim in salted water and nap :) The sky bar and restaurant are also really good but reserve on time for a good table.

The poke bowl I don’t recommend. The rest was great!

Everything! Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and nothing was too much for them. the hotel was beautiful and a short walk to a beautiful the beach. Janis restaurant was delicious and the swimming pool was great. The room was a really fun design and comfortable. We cannot wait to come back, thank you Five Flowers!!

great location and the rooms were spacious. fresh water delivered to the room everyday. shower was amazing.

not enough hooks in the room, room towels, bath robes etc all sat on an area reserved for luggage as there was no where else to hang them.

This hotel does just about everything right. Very comfortable bed,plush towels,excellent breakfast options( including many healthy items like avocados,many different types of nuts,fruit,high-quality fresh breads,soy,etc). Front desk was always adequately staffed,and each person there appeared genuinely friendly. The breakfast staff was likewise delightful,and service oriented. The pool area is simply lovely,but why use it when a 3 -minute walk takes you to one of the world's best beaches? The hotel appears to be an updated older hotel,and I think the architects did their best.It's somewhat like Ibiza's ME Ibiza and Ushuaia in terms of decoration and vibe- but with better and bigger rooms,and nicer staff,imo.

Wifi was sporadic-but unsure if it's this way throughout the island.
