The location was great for finishing the Camino de Santiago. It was a five minute walk from the centre and easy to find. We ended up staying here for three nights as we couldn’t book a flight home. The gentleman on reception desk spoke English and was more than helpful in changing our room and he did this twice for us. We were able to leave our bags in the luggage port whenever we needed to. The day we departed the lady on the desk helped with reserving our taxi to the airport, she also spoke English and helped with our translation. Breakfast at the hotel was great and we would recommend including this in your reservation as it sets you up for the day. The hosts at breakfast are all friendly and helpful. We were happy that our rooms were clean and comfortable and had TV and hair dryer, not newly refurbished but everything you need for a good night sleep, which is most important to us.

The lady on night shift. Went above and beyond to help me. I will ask her name tomorrow. Beds were superb. I opted out for the breakfast option so can not comment on that. Excellent location. Walking distance to train and bus centres. Beautiful products supplied in the bathroom. Lifts were working supermarket right across the road. Really can not fault anything. I would highly recommend this hotel to family & friends. Thank you.

Just maybe a Kettle in the room.

Breakfast breakfast was more than adequate! The juice was great. The coffee was great. It would be nice to have some variety as I was there for three breakfast, but it was solid.

I like staying in that part of town with them and they were so helpful other than the front desk lady on my check out today while I was rushing to catch a train for my hike. She threaten to call the police on me because she said I didn’t pay her but I paid in advance so I wasn’t worried if it didn’t go through I would pay her but the police threat kind of concern me that never has happened to me before everyone else, remaining staff was super amazing, hospitality was excellent especially Martin. Everyone seem to sleep at night as it was very quiet there was nothing to disturb you at night.

We are arrived early but were given our room immediately which was great. It was warm.and cosy and the receptionist was incredibly helpful, recommending places to go . Really good breakfast. Complimentary coffee and pastries in reception. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent location.

Great location, few mins walk from the train/bus station. Laundromat and supermarkets near by. Bed is comfortable, and I had a great sleep.

The coffee machine in the room still had water in the tank from god knows when and also other than the washroom trash bin, there are no trash bins in the room to throw away other things.

Very comfortable bed. Surprisingly good shower given the small shower head. Easy walk to old town and to bus/railway station. Plentiful buffet continental breakfast for just 8 euros. Excellent staff.

The step into the bath for the shower wasn’t ideal for someone with limited mobility.

Stayed here just a night but everything was fine I arrived earlier and my partner later from the airport but the receptionist were helpful and kind regarding this. The rooms were fine and the bed comfortable and we also had breakfast included which we didn't expect so the price was excellent too. Last note, it's very close to the train and bus station, 15 minutes walking.

If I was to say something that some people may not like, our room had a window but the view was the fire escape stairs- this didn't bother us but others may want to keep that in mind.

Great Location, 10 minutes walk from the train station, close to shops cafes etc and the cathedral. Really friendly staff, the room Was so nice and clean, blockout shutters, noise dampened as well, a really comfortable night for us. We could store our bags the next day while we looked around the town.

It was not too far from the Cathedral and it was close to shops and restaurants. The room was big and clean. There was a nice breakfast.

The staff member at the counter did not greet us when we walked in and we waited several minutes to be acknowledged at check in. The room could benefit from an update.

Nice, comfy hotel with great location, also super clean, receptionist was very friendly.

The only problem is you do hear your neighbours and I know it’s not soundproof but I think with some respect to other people sleeping in the hotel, everything would be great! We just have to be all a bit considerate about one another and problem solved!
