The ‘no entry’ sign at the beginning of the street (Nuevo) is for everyone except buses, taxis, and guests staying at the Hotel Muyyadan: you. Consequently, the street is quiet. When you enter Nuevo, drive 50 meters to the hotel entrance where the receptionist will hand you a parking slip so you can park for 5 or 10 minutes on the sidewalk just around the corner while you transfer your luggage to the hotel. We requested a quiet room. Room 504 faces an inner courtyard and looks directly onto one of the important historical towers built in Teruel. Worth a visit! Our superior double room was spacious, absolutely quiet with a large, comfortable bed, a desk, a stand for one suitcase, and a closet. The attractive and unique sink at the entrance to the bathroom appears to be carved out of stone. Frosted glass separates the shower/toilet to keep humidity out of the bedroom. A breakfast buffet is available for 9 Euro, however, we opted for coffee and a croissant for 2.50. Our hostess Maria’s tour of the underground secret tunnel that runs between the hotel and the cathedral was delightfully entertaining. Many thanks for that! A Carrefour Express is just around the corner. Beyond the Carrefour, we ate dinner at Bar Gregory at an outdoor table watching the sunset.

This hotel is just a half block off the Placa de la Primera Piedra, a row of restaurants on a long balcony facing west. The city's attractions and a large parking garage are an easy walk from the hotel. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean and the bed comfortable. The AC, television and Wi-Fi all worked properly. The hotel has an unexpected bonus... an old tunnel beneath hotel connects to the church on the next street. The tunnel was build long ago and gave the bishop access from the hotel location to the church. The staff will take you through the tunnel if you ask. They'll also tell you how it was used for eavesdropping on confessions. Apparently, husbands would pay to hear their wives confessions! Breakfast is extra but affordable. 3€ for coffee and a pastry and 9€ for the full buffet. We were happy with the buffet quality although it was nothing special.

Great location, nicely designed cozy hotel in Old Town. For Spanish speakers they organize for free a short excursion to their Medieval cellar and tunnel, do it!

The only thing which did not match the description was parking. Hotel does not have free parking, you have to park outside the Old Town, there is a free parking next to train station. Not a big deal, some 5 min walk, but still, this is not hotel parking.

A lovely building modern but with character. The tour of the medieval tunnels beneath the hotel and the enthusiastic lady guide was very interesting. Our room was large and bright with a very comfortable bed. Parking was free at the train station which is a five minute walk from the hotel, all the bars,restaurants and tourist attractions are all less than 8 minutes walk away. Must mention the cheerful and helpful staff. A very enjoyable experience.

Not a thing.

I enjoyed everything (the hall looked so cozy– ornamented with books and comfy sofas), but the staff was exceptional. I'd like to mention Carlos, who I believe was the one who received me. He was very kind and professional. Thanks for switching to English!

I understand it's pricey due to its location, but I'd've loved it had it been a bit less expensive. People outside were a bit loud, but that's not something up to the staff, so it's fine!

Location is really good. Friendly staff. Free parking a few hundred metres away is an added bonus. If you want a very good restaurant and a nice dinner avoid the main square with its tourist traps and poor hygiene. Go to the Catedrale restaurant inside of the palacio hotel. Top notch cuisine, service, and at prices which will not bust the budget. Reserve is the best option. I can imagine this resto on a Friday evening.

Nothing. All was efficient and we would stay here again on our way to Valencia.

Good location, lovely buffet breakfast with free Tea & coffee, free car park at the train station NB there are lots of steps from the station to the hotel - but there's a public lift at the side. Very comfortable beds. Great shower. All staff were extremely welcoming. Check out the tunnels under the hotel, fascinating!!

Nothing to improve!

This is a truly good hotel! From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we enjoyed ourselves and were looked after like royalty. Other hotels may have spas and suchlike, but how many have an underground passageway to the church next door, and are prepared to show it to you? Excellent room too, and a fine breakfast. What more could we ask for?

great location, around the corner from san pedro tower and close to everything. well appointed and comfortable room. good shower pressure and spacious shower. owner gives fantastic tour of the underground tunnel and crypt from medieval times.

our modern room looked out to interior light well so not great, but curtain treatment with block out blind and sheer gave light and was very tasteful.

The location is great -- in the core of Teruel and very close to key places to visit. Everyone in the staff were kind and attentive from the check-in to the tour and to check-out time. The room was clean and well kept.

While the room was clean, the beds were not very comfortable and the bathroom setup was awkward (the door to the toilet and shower does not lock). One of the lamps in the room was broken. The wifi did not work well inside the room.
