This was my second stay at this hotel and it continues to be my favorite in Valdepenas. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make the guests happy. At first we had rooms with interior views but when we requested rooms with exterior views we were quickly given new keys. The rooms are a great value with updated bathrooms. This isn't a 4* hotel but it you're looking for a great 3* hotel with excellent service, a great location and clean rooms this is a perfect choice. Note - if you have heavy luggage you'll need to carry it up about 10 steps to the entry door that leads to the elevator. There is a ramp but it is so steep you can't make it up the stairs :)

The parking garage was tricky. We had planned on parking there but it is very difficult to enter with anything other than a tiny car. You basically have to back into it from the street and even then it is hard unless you are used to maneuvering the car in small areas. The friendly man at the desk provided us with an alternative for free parking less than 5 minutes from the hotel so we just parked outside. It would have been nice to have an iron and ironing board in the room. However there was an iron we could borrow when needed.

Nice room in a nice hotel! Bed was comfortable and everything was great so we were super happy.

The parking garage is a super tight fit - you'll need to use the "no parking" space on the other side of the street to execute a three-point-turn to align with the entrance as it is not possible to make a direct left hand turn into the garage. If you don't get flustered then it is easy enough to do....

As the name stares, a central location with plenty of underground, secure car parking. The staff are really friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a large, modern bathroom.

The entrance to the underground carpark is a little scary, but our Hyundai Tuscon made it easily. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but the one across the road is very quirky with exceptional food. The prices there are really good too.

The hotel is in a lovely old building very close to the centre of town. There is a car park underneath which is very handy. It's a short walk from the central square where we enjoyed a great dinner. We received a very warm welcome from the owner, check in/out was very easy. All in all a great choice for a night stop on out car journey to Southern Spain

The room was amazing, separate bedroom and bathroom from a corridor. It was on the third floor, with an enormous roof terrace with views across the town. It was quiet even through a busy Friday night with venues busy with people and music. The location was right in the old centre with restaurants and attractions. The staff were all friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Car parking was secure in an underground location. I have traveled, many years, across the world and this was one of the best ever hotel stays I have had.

Nothing it was perfect

Perfect location close to supermarkets and cafes. The parking is amazing, directly under the hotel then elevator to the room! The renovations of the hotel were done with taste and the value for money is great!

It was a little tricky to turn the AC down to a level we were comfortable with but that was probably our error.

Excellent staff, nothing was too much trouble. Just around the corner was the main shopping street. Restaurant opposite was also excellent. Both hotel and restaurant were very dog friendly which made our experience all the better. We had a small problem in the room however it was dealt with satisfactory.

Excellent hotel which has recently been modernised. Offered choice of room with bath or shower. Host most helpful. Breakfast very nice with charming waitress.

Parking which is charged for has a very tight entrance. If someone has parked in the turning area reserved for the hotel it is almost impossible to get in.

Everything was really good-the room was spacious, with lots of light and very very clean-the beds very comfortable and all the facilities in good status-but above all, the staff was so polite, professional and made us feel like family-they recommended a restaurant (we asked them to) close by and it was also amazing (prices and food quality)- if we ever pass by Valdepeñas, we will visit again! ☺️ The location of the hotel is also really good, very close to the town’s main square. Just in front of the hotel, there is a very nice cafe and a gift shop in case you want to buy wine or olive oil ;)

nothing-all was perfect

Great location, very friendly staff, and very good value. Lovely building and extremely clean. Room had a nice balcony and was a good size. Will return again.

Sadly secure car park had a height of 1.7m that didn’t work for us. However we parked right outside our room and fed the meter!
