I liked the location. I visited Valencia to run in the marathon and it was very well located as the start for the marathon was very near. Also, the location is close to the city center and very well connected. Also, loved the fact that the staff was sooo nice and arranged for us to have breakfast one hour earlier than usual start time in order to have time to reach the race.

The second day of the stay, I left the room in a hurry and left some clothes thrown in the bed. I did not appreciate the fact that the cleaning staff took all those things and threw them on top of my luggage as if these were in their way. I can imagine that in their job description for the day the task was only to make the bed, but I felt there was not any respect for my things and would have preferred rather to have left them the way they were without making the bed than throwing them just to make room.

The hotel is placed in a very good region, close to public transportation, restaurants, touristic places and easy to reach the City Center. The installations are New and the whole hotel is very cozy. A special thank you for the attendant Carina, who was very supportive all the time and mainly when I faced a small issue with my room...she promptly changed me to another one.

The only complain is regarding the soundproofing. Its very common to hear noises from the other rooms.

The hotel is outside the city center but well connected by bus or metro to the beach or to the center. It’s walking distance to the Science Districts. Easy access to/from airport via the metro line 5. Being outside the city center it’s quiet we slept well. The rooms are basic but clean and simply decorated. In the lobby there is a lounge area with free teas and tisanes. Another plus: you can rent bikes for the day at only 11 euros

It’s not far from the center, 15 minutes by bus, 30 minutes walking and plenty of taxis but maybe next time we will sleep closer

I really liked the location. It's not the city center, but it's rather close to both city center and the sea, the public transport is also near, as well as supermarket and different cafe, City of Arts and Sciences. There is also a beautiful park situated in estuary of Turia (there was a river before). The bed was SO comfortable - I can't remember when I had such a good rest, so I want to say thank you to those people who were selecting mattresses for this hotel. The shutters also helped to sleep well. Adding a "good morning" picture to this review to show how cozy it was :) Room service was also perfect - all was clean and tidy. Air conditioning was also working very good. The overall design is very simple, but the old ceiling and tile made the atmosphere.

There is no sound insulation at all. I was listening to every word that people in the neighbor rooms were saying as if they sit in my room. But I should say, that it didn't prevent me from sleeping at night - at night the hotel is very silent.

Nice little hotel not far from the old city centre. Friendly and helpfull staff en comfortably room and bed. I stayed here for a conference in a single room and could travel within 30 min to my venues, the beach or city centre by public transport.

No breakfast possible, which I realised after booking, but there's a small refrigerator in your room and several convenient stores and café's close-by for a simple breakfast or your morning coffee. The one disappointing thing is the size of the shower. Approx 60x60 cm which is really tight for taller people. Could hardly get through the narrow opening or move my arms without bumping into the soapbasket or doors.

Walls are not soundproof - you can hear your neighbours. Shower in 504 is very small.

Everything was great in our room - it was clean, comfortable, rather quiet, no noisy neighbors. We particularly liked the bed and the pillows - they were very comfy! No complaints, it was a perfect place for a short escapade into the city.

Of course, the location is not the most central but we were more than fine with it. For example, la Ciudad de las Artes y Sciencias was less than 15 min walk away, while the center and the train station we reached with a bus in around 20 minutes.

The staff were so friendly and gave us recommendations of where to go in Valencia and the hotel is located very close to several bus stops so going into the city or to the beach was super easy!

The hotel offers breakfast at the cafe opposite which you have to pay for the night before, however the cafe has way more breakfast/brunch options that the hotel doesn’t offer in their price.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We slept well. We recieved a nice greeting on arrival to the hotel and reception staff were very helpful. We felt welcome. Great places for a cheap breakfast nearby and shopping on the busy main road.

Be prepared for walking or using public transport. We used bus 32 to Playa and Estacion Cabanyal and never went into city center, but we were only there for 2 nights.

The rooms are really clean and comfortable. The lobby is so convenient and feels like your own living room. The stuff were friendly, welcoming and at hand. They gave us useful information and were really helpful. The location is excellent, quiet, 10 min walk to the Ciudad de los Ciencias, 10 min to the old city center as much as to the beach by bus.

Everything was just fine.
