All the staff were very good, especially reception and the waiters-ess

I did not like having to wait until 8pm before I could have dinner. I normally eat much earlier. I bought a bottle of wine on my first evening and drunk half of it with dinner. I should have looked more closely at the label, it was 14% ABV which almost definitely means it has additives to disguise the true flavour. I was going to drink the other half the following evening but the morning after consuming the first half I felt ill so I left the bottle in my room. I hope no one else drinks it.

One of the most scenic locations we have ever stayed in (if you like the remote aspect) This place breathes Spanish quality. Super qualitative breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, clean & renovated rooms with very comfortable bathrooms incl. plenty of storage.

This place would get a solid 10 is pool, welness and gym area would have been accessible again (had some ocean damage). Even though it had been communicated transparently, it would give an extra dimension to the hotel.

Had a beautiful stay at the Parador! The hotel was situated in an amazing location that was secluded and extremely quiet. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable beds, good shower, mini bar, amazing sunset and they were right on beach and the sound of the waves were incredible at night. The staff were polite, friends, helpful and very professional. The food was delicious, there was so much thought into it and fresh. The whole island was an unspoilt gem that was well worth the journey there. The drive up to summit was incredible with breath taking views of La Gomera, La Palma and Tenerife. Would highly recommend staying at Parador! Thank you for a great weekend!

The location is the best. I have been to so many places and this stands out as one of the most remote and beautiful locations in the world. It gives you the end of the world feeling when there is nothing around you, just the ocean in front and the mountains behind. Only one access road and mountain hikes if you wish. The staff was very polite and helpful. We asked to see if it was possible to change the room so that it wouldn't be right above the entry and they willingly showed us other options (we stuck with the 1st as it had balcony and double bed rather than 2 beds), also they willingly applied us the Canary resident discount for breakfast and offered to stay till 1pm if we wanted

The facilities could use some renovation and the swimming pool has been closed for more than a year but considering the remoteness and how much it is affected by the ocean I understand it may not be always easy to keep everything up to date. I personally don't need the swimming pool in a hotel but a lot of people get confused and disappointed by the fact it is there but it is closed, especially as the price paid is not on the lower side.

Lovely room and bathroom. Nice location.

Poor service in restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast- it took ages for anyone to acknowledge us, and then, having asked for tea, we were brought a teapot of hot water (no teabags!). Had to point out that we actually needed tea in the water 🤣. Arrived at breakfast an hour before end time, but many things had run out. Dinner- very slow service. Disappointing meal.

*Really* nice hotel. It's in a secluded area, easy to reach but sooo very peaceful. Nothing beats the sunrise there (do pay a bit extra to get the room with seaview, it's totally worth it!). Loads of parking. Breakfast is fab, the room is quite large and the bed is super comfy.

Everything was perfect :) (but it is a shame the swimming pool and gym were not fixed yet)

Quiet, off the beaten track and very close to the port and a short drive or bus journey from the main town.

The pool and spa are closed and broken. It didn't look like they would be able to be fixed any time soon. The price is high for no pool and such a remote location with no shuttle service to town. Although the area is called Las Playas there are only some days that you can swim and the swimming areas are nearby but not onsite.

Very comfortable room, the only sound in the night the waves! Beautiful location and very friendly staff. We had half board and very much enjoyed the tasty and varied breakfasts and choices for dinner. Would like to return once the swimming pool has been reconstructed.

Shame that the swimming pool had collapsed. But we knew about that before booking.

The hotel is very nice in a unique location amazingly beautiful. The hotel looks remodeled and the interior are very welcoming and pretty. The bed was super comfy, the view fantastic the room''s size perfect for two. We loved the breakfast.

The bath tub is slippery and the bath needs some restilish

Good breakfast, and the balcony and view from the room are lovely.

Dinner starts at 20.00 too late for us! Food was available in the cafe but kitchen doesn’t open until 19.30. I realise most Spanish eat late, but the hotel has many international visitors.
