The hotel is a brand new construction. Rooms are spacious with a good Air Conditioning system, good shower with high pressure of water and reliable hot water. People at reception are very nice and attentive. Breakfast is very good, lot of choices, eggs, fruits, cheese, etc and kinds of breads including gluten free bread, really good breakfast for 14 euros each.

The waiters at the restaurant could be less rude. "Don't sit here that this table got it ready for the lunch time". Come on!! really!! the restaurant is completely empty is 10:00 am and waiter is moving us of the table. Starting picking up everything 30min before the end time of the breakfast are things we really didn't like. The area at the front of the hotel (is ok because is free parking) but has some litter and neglected maintenance of the vegetation which is quite disgusting.

The location is not great because it is outside on a highway but there are no other hotels in the area that are comparable . You can’t really walk to places. You need a taxi to go to the closest town (Villaviciosa de Odon). I did not find any hotels in town . This hotel is close to the European university ( also need car to get there). It is 20 mns by car from Madrid and the only reason to stay in this hotel is if you have something specific to do in the area. Otherwise, stay in Madrid. If you need to stay in the area then I think it is the best you can get . The pool and gym are closed due to COVID but they did not mention in at the time of booking.

If you want to be in the area of Villaviciosa de Odon and have a car then this hotel is a good choice. Rooms are great. Wifi is excellent. Parking is free and available.

Breakfast is ok but has room for improvement. Lack of personnel during breakfast hours. You may need to clean the tables yourself to get a free place. Many big groups lodge there, so of you happen to appear at the same it might get crowded.

The mattress and bedding were very comfortable and met expectations. The room itself was good and clean. The morning breakfast had a good selection of food but the coffee machine frequently did not work. I had breakfast three mornings.

More investment in outdoor plants and cleanliness is needed. It affects the initial expectations of the guest. i.e. there was a lot of trash outside of the hotel and overgrown weeds. Additionally there could be more seating & lounge areas on the bottom floor to make the atmosphere better.

Excellent property. Easy to find and friendly staff. helpful as well. The rooms were excellent and spacious and clean. Ideally located for Villaviciosa and looking around the Universidad Europea.

I would have like the restaurant to be open but I did chose to go in the only when they reduce down for their own holidays!

Location is excellent only if you have a car and need parking. Hotel is new and comfortable. Room brand new , Great bed and mattress. Breakfast was better than expected. Good value for the money. Coffee was excellent. Great stay if you travel by car.

It is quite distant from the center of the village. If you do not have transportation you will be a bit lost.

no access to pool, which was not indicated on the website. area around hotel and parking had a lot of garbage around.

Friendly staff clean hotel.

Tea in the room were only for the first day. No milk or sugar available. The tea cups and anything else would not be cleaned up before we left.
