Great location, safe parking and enjoyable walks from the hotel, The hot stone massage was very good.

The hotel restaurant only offered set price three course meals. We have a smaller appetite and were disappointed that we could not have the option of one course so we had to go and find our meals away from the hotel. The beach is full of plastic rubbish. I took bin bags from the hotel and filled them - the state of the beach and the risk to wildlife will put off visitors. All hotels need to band together and insist the local council cleans up the beach.

Zumaia is a famous place for wild nature and relatively high waves. The hotel is located on on of the most beautiful places, the beach is 2 walking minutes away. The view from the room windows is dierctly to the ocean and hils located near by. The city is small (achievable in around 5-7 minutes by walking). If you would like to be alone in the nature, in 10 minutes you will find peacefull place around. It is a paradise to those who like wild nature and small beaches. The water boiler was inside the room (tee and coffee available as well), additional bonus point. The hotel is also very flexible: if you do not need havy breakfest, you could take a very good coffee from the bar and some cake. You also reserve dinner at the hotel (which is tasty and inexpensive) . If you travelling by car, there is free private parking space at the hotel (another very big plus)

There was nothing to dislike. Short advice: Zumaia is also achievable from San Sebastian by bus. I would also recommend to buy drinking water (available at the hotel bar (2.5 Eur / 2.5 Liter).

Staying in a hotel next to such a special and wonderful natural scenery is a great experience in my life. The large jacuzzi and spa are very nice. Although it's a great place to stay for a full holiday, the area is short on accommodation and expensive for many people walking Spain's famous Camino del Norte route. It's a burdensome price

The shower hose in the room was located towards the floor, so I had to hold it with my hand, which was very inconvenient. So, after using the hotel's well-equipped spa and jacuzzi, I used the shower there.

We had sea view room on the 3rd floor, and it was really nice! The view was amazing! The Hotel is slightly outdated, but we loved it for it`s absolutely incredible location! The beach, the walking pass, the small town nearby gave us absolutely unforgettable experience and impressions. It was one of the best places we stood during our North Spain exploring. We also liked spa! yes, it`s outdated but still very good in terms of set of different Thalasso spots and general quality. And indeed this is the best place to relax and worm up after windy day outside!

The location and the room which I was given are excellent. The view to the beach from the room is just superb.

The massage and spa are overpriced. In the evening, the cafeteria is serving only the very modest (but cheap) set menu and can't offer even the drinks and snacks (because they have one waiter and one cook which are obviously busy).

Beautiful location just above the beach. Lovely patio to watch the sunset. Clean and comfortable.

We booked massages as we are walking the Camino and just about everything was tired and slightly hurting. But the masseur was inadequately trained, seemingly accustomed to light weight beauty massages. And I had to ask her to do my feet, which were very tired and sore and which she was going to skip without my request despite my mentioning them earlier.

Fantastic views from the window and the location. Amazing and helpful staff. Talasoterapia was such a great discovery for us. The location is so strategic that you can catch all the popular hiking routes right next to the hotel. Also it was very clean.

I believe the interior and facilities could use some renovation.

It was such a great experience spending a couple of nights in a room facing the beach and the sea. Breakfast was great and overall we were satisfied with most of the things

Room looked a bit outdated and cleanliness could be improved. It’s such a shame, as the hotel has an immense potential!

Perfect place, with unique views to the beach. Having a SPA in the same hotel is also nice. The food was good, especially the breakfast.

I understand that being so close to the sea and having a thalassotherapy facility is a constant battle against the elements, but in my opinion some places of the hotel need a little bit more maintenance.

Exceeded expectations. Fantastic location above the beach yet only minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars. Clean and comfortable with a good breakfast to dry you up for the day. Oh, and the sunsets viewed from there are stunning
