Amazing and charming stay If you intend to visit Erskilstuna, the perfect option for stay is the lovely Clarion Hotel Bolinger Munktell. A charming hotel with amazing staff: very nice, warmly and keen to help. Before we arrived, I have a perfect communication through booking apps with Lina who was very concern to resolve efficiently all my questions and problems. The staff at the reception was very friendly, giving us all the details, we need, even recommendations about the tea, the check-in was smooth and fast. The room was spotless clean, carefully made and we found a nice welcome note from Eliza. The hotel offer tea and coffee all day long and in the afternoon a very Swedish Fika with cookies and pastries. Also the staff at the restaurant was very attentive, always smiling and constantly asking if we need anything, All my congratulations for the Chef, I have a special diet and he made it very tasty and healthy. A note for the history lovers: the hotel offer free entry at Munktell Museum, and also the Hotel is almost an extension of the Museum, well decorated with historical industrial equipment and photos related to Munktell history. A big thanks to all the people from Clarion Bolinder Munktell Hotel, from the reception to restaurant and cleaning, for making us a charming and perfect holiday plenty of joyeuse memory. And I am pretty sure the staff ordered for us a magical snow like in the Nordic fairy tales.

This beautiful place, nicely located by the water, reuses the industrial buildings of the Bolinder Munktel factory. It offers large and comfortable bedrooms.

The hotel offers a diner on location. It can be convenient but it’s a very basic mediocre buffet of uninteresting food.

Top friendly persons at reception and restaurant. Top buffet for dinner and breakfast. Very interesting industrial historic environment and museum (Bolinder Munktell). Free entrance for hotel guests to the Museum.

The staff is very helpful to swap the family room in a higher floor so I can open the windows without scarified the privacy and security. The room is still spacious. Breakfast is good with variety of options. Easy walk to the city.

Dinner food options is limited.

Size of rooms, high quality/price ratio, machinery and kid friendliness. Good breakfast and dinner and proximity to the fabulous machinery museum.

Some lights (in bathroom etc.) seem to turn off at random moments.

Nice stay in building with great history.

I would like some room update for more fresh feeling, the tables and carpets needs upgrade

Breakfast and evening meal were included and the food was good. Bedrooms have blinds and curtains so it was dark at night. Great, friendly staff, cosy rooms, good shower and nice beds. Can't fault the place at all. +++++

Nothing!

The room is large and clean. Nice area outside to have a drink and enjoy the weather. Enjoyed the way in which the hotel tried to incorporate the history of the building in its style, with several photos and equipment of the old factory.

Everything was great. Only thing I missed was Eurosport on the TV :-)

Staff and room was great. All meals are included and breakfast was spectacular.
