The location of the hotel couldn´t be more central, which is what we were looking for. The view from the room is incredible. We booked a room with view of the lake, and it also had an amazing view of the city. The restaurant is very good.

The cost / benefit ratio was terrible as the room cost the same as a very nice room in Paris or London. We understand about revenue management, and are OK with that, but this time we think the hotel might have exaggerated a little.

The view from the room is fantastic! The Sunrise every morning is the most recharging thing I could get. The room is big and the restaurant has very good choices.

The eleveators are not enough when there are many visitors lodging. The garage is terribly narrow. I always park in the parking lot opposite the hotel. A minibar wiht at least few beverages would be better to have. The TV wasn't working and I couldn't set the temperature of the room

The hotel is brand new, room was clean. Great view from the room. The relax area is perfect, I used the hot tub and sauna. Breakfast was awesome. The best hotel I ever stayed in Sweden.

I've been in Jönköping before the hotel was constructed. This time, when I was at Stadsparken I realized the hotel building kinda ruined the city landscape. Because it's all black and high and contrast too much with the classic colorful scandinavian buildings and the mild enviroment colors. The glass should have lighter color, like light blue, to fade in the sky. Such a high building is also a waste not having a rooftop area, the relaxation area is actually at a lower floor.

Very nice location, nice staff , very good breakfast, a nice hotel if you are going to stay for one night, and you don't have any clothes you need to hang up.

All the rooms are pretty small, there was only one hanger in the room, even though it has an ironboard, the towels were very bad quality or washed too many times for a 2 year old hotel. It was quite expensive for the size of the rooms.

Great position in town

One person on the desk when we arrived around 17.30 five couples trying to book in 👎. No information directly had to ask as we were handed the key and told where the lifts were! Staff didn’t ask if we enjoyed our two night stay👎 Very slow with clearing breakfast plates a lot of people had to fix it themselves. Young people probably trying there best but no manager to guide them. No hotel experience.

The hotel has great facilities, and was close to IM 70.3 center of actions. The bedding was comfortable,and so was the breakfast. Large amount of choices, pastries, bread sorts, juices etc.

For the price, we would have thought the relaxing area (bath tub, sauna) would be included but aren't. You need to book in advance for your slot, and pay a fee. The area is quite small and can accommodate only a number of people. Attention, on the eve of 70.3 Jonköping, as it is summer, there are open air concerts, we could hear the music coming from one of the closest restaurant open air stage until late circa 1am, bring earplugs ;) However, that is not the hotel's management fault, but can be an important point for some travellers.

The breakfasts were out of this world! The location to the train/bus terminal was so easy. We met family across the street at The Salvation Army and was within 8 min walk to their flat.

As Americans, we are accustomed to using a wash cloth to clean up. The hand towel offered was quite unwieldy. And it was quite warm in the room, but the second night we were offered two fans which helped.

Good location, great parking hall beneath hotel, great breakfast. Enjoyable relaxing area with sauna and jacuzzi. Comfy rooms with good televisions and netflix. Good gym with great view. Self check in and check out process worked well and saved alot of time as there were alot of queu at reception desk.

Relaxing area could have some juices and more fruits on offer considering the price you have to pay for 2 hours of stay. (190 kro / person). Also the jacuzzi would get very crowded and not so relaxing if there would happen to be 10 people at the same time (maximum amount that hotel allows to enter at the same time).

The room was specious, clean and with a very nice view. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, and I really enjoyed it every day.

The lighting was very poor. No possibilities to increase the brightness in the room. A few weak lamps. Saving energy is good, but not to the level of discomfort. No refrigerator! No wardrobe. The temperature in the room was very low when I arrived. It took several hours to reach an acceptable level (21.5). Although I asked for cleaning, it was forgotten the first day.

The hotel and rooms were new and stylish. The views from the top floors over the lake were superb. Overall it is a standard business hotel which delivers as promised.

The garage was difficult to find and parking spaces rather few and smallish for modern cars. The bar was decently frequented in the evening, but could have been cozier.
