Good brekafast with a variety of food. Spacious and clean room. A lot of amenities provided, like hairdryer, iron+ iron board, shampoo, shower gel. It is a great hotel to travel for work or studies. Comfortable common area to study. Big plus that it offers coffee/ tea all day for free. Also includs dinner.

Not able to provide dinner when the check in is late (after dinner time).

The staff was very friendly, and the ambience was like a home away from home. Even the Breakfast and Dinner felt like home cooked food, cosy place to have your meals, and most importantly great coffee (free flow) to start the day. All wrapped up in a very reasonable price! Will certainly stay in this hotel again in my next visit.

The bed was little too soft and bouncy for me, but its a personal preference.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The position was very central and close to the station. They had a room suitable for storing bikes and bike boxes and made no fuss about them at all. Breakfast was an excellent choice and the evening meal a very good bonus.

Convenient location, room (superior) big enough and comfortable, breakfast varied and delicious, fikas coffee and cake delicious and a nice idea, staff pleasant and helpful.

Soups in the dinner meals ( Included in the package) a little salty.

Breakfast was great. I was very happy with it. To have dinner included is rare and a nice touch. Reception was great- friendly and very helpful.

The bed was a bit weird. I would have preferred a single mattress instead of falling in between two mattresses.

I booked this hotel for its strategic position near the city center. I had special needs for an abundant dinner and a very early breakfast (due to a competition), and despite both were included in the price I was not expecting anything special. On the contrary, for both of these the hotel simply exceeded my expectations: the dinner was served buffet, which let me decide the quantities of food to eat (I was honestly expecting something served, that would have meant going out to eat something additional). The early breakfast felt a bit unsure when asked for at the reception (there was the possibility of a bag, which again would have meant problems in quantity/quality of food). Instead, with my big surprise they managed to open the service earlier and I got to eat a (regular) excellent breakfast.

The room AC was a bit noisy; moreover the room did not seem 100% clean. There was some small bug going around, I did not care that much but other people might find it not nice.

Very central and close shops, restaurants and public transportation

Dinner wasn't that great but still OK for the value of the total cost.

Excellent location, lovely staff, nice common areas especially the patio, comfortable beds, good pressure for the shower, generous buffets for dinner and breakfast.

Pretty pricey for the standard, food is a bit hit and miss (especially dinner buffet) and bad insulated from the corridor.

This was a great hotel for 1 night. The price included a buffet dinner and breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised how good these were. Room was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.

The best thing about this hotel is the location if one is arriving to /leaving Karlstad by train or bus, so nice to eat breakfast without such a rush and go across the street to get the train later on! Loved the dinner too.

We had too high expectations for the fika, but it was still good.
