The dogs were super cute and I could interact with them through the fences of their cages. Gös and his team were very professional in handling the dogs. Gös mentioned that there is the possibility of seeing the Northern lights from the lodge (unfortunately we didn't as it was too cloudy when we went) The house is very clean and cosy with the decorations, and toilet was a big space. Room and house heaters are adjustable. The kitchen helps since the place is far off from the town and you can store your meals in it. Cooking essentials are available in the kitchen, such as oil, pepper, salt, as well as leftover ingredients like pasta from previous guests. Breakfast spread had many juices, yogurt, cereal, bread. you can make your own sandwich and boil eggs.
Location is a little far off, so difficult to get to unless you have a car. I walked exactly 25 minutes from Kiruna Train Station to the door step of the lodge. I can imagine it would be difficult if there is bad weather or if it is dark, as there are no street lamps. You will need to walk on the roads for quite a bit till you reach the roundabout, follow the underpass, then walk an uphill through the trees to get to the lodge. There is the option of using the local taxi service, costs about 230SEK for one-way transport (in the morning)

It's a beautifull spot to see the northernlight and ofcourse to be with the husky's and have a tour with them 😍 Most of the staff is really friendly and they tell you a lot about the husky's. And the breakfast is simpel but good! they take allergies into account, if you indicate it in advance 😊
It was not so clean, a lot of dust everywhere and they should daily check about the bins. When i was coming in the bins were allready full, in the kitchen and the bathroom. Two days later i asked to empty them. And then finally they did it, but i'll think it's weird that i have to ask that. And about 2 days later, there were again full and nobody was going to empty them. And if they want to go on for many years to come, then they should also look at the bathroom. There is poor ventilation in the bathroom, so that all the moisture lingers and mold has started to form.

A beautiful lodge in the middle of a spectacular winter wonderland. The huskies were cute and our sledding was an amazing experience. Due to communal bath and kitchen the place feels more like a really nice hostel than a hotel. Great staff. We were very sad to leave after our two nights. Note to future travelers: The sleddog rides can be sold out, so make sure you book yours on sleddog.se before arrival!

Location is outside of town so if you need to go to another place you need a taxi, also walking to town is not easy along the road. So bring food if you stay a few days. Nice kitchen and beds. Nice views and of course the sledding is great. We were Lucky to have night where the northern Light was there.
An extra toilet for guests would be nice, if groups are coming the bathroom can be occupied a lot.

We really liked the quiet breakfast also the scenery was amazing and we even saw the Northern Lights right above the Lodge. One day we took a walk through the snow and enjoyed the quitness and the nice atmosphere. We also did a Husky/snowmobile tour which we enjoyed a lot and the visit to the puppies was also amazing.
We stayed in the Lodge where all the people from the Tour also waited and used the bathroom, this was something we didn't like. In addition there was only one bathroom for the whole Lodge, so if you took a shower you always had to worry that someone is waiting to use it as well.

Cozy place in the outskirts of Kiruna. Although it is just 5 mins drive to Kiruna, you should have a car to get here. Main focus are husky tours, but they rent out rooms to the general public as well. Nice, apartment-style accommodation with private bedrooms, shared bathroom, lounge and community kitchen for everyone to use. Lots of space and well equipped. Good breakfast, friendly staff, free parking space. It's a plus if you like dogs!

The accommodation was full, but by exchanging my reserved room for a glass igloo, I also got a room for two of my friends. Thank you for the flexibility of the accommodation. Despite the huskies, quiet, clean and cozy accommodation.
When I made booking, I indicated a wish for a gluten-free breakfast. I thought that would have been noted but not. There was no gluten-free bread or muesli at breakfast. For this reason, the price-quality ratio did not meet expectations.

Very clean rooms and cozy main (shared) rooms. The dogs are friendly, relatively quiet and extremely intelligent. And the pups are just adorable, which i could even see from my room (not all rooms are like that).
The husky hotel is located a bit outside Kiruna. You can walk it but it takes 20-40 min depending on your starting point (20 min from train station, 40 min to city centre). But since i had no car and was looking to just relax after my hike it didn't bother me at all. You can always call a taxi to take you to the the centre.

The Lodge was super comfy and clean. The kitchen is big and equipped with everything you need. The dogs are very cute and I was allowed to visit and pet them in the kennels.
It is quite far away from the city center, especially now with the new relocated center. But for that it was very calm (only dog yelling from time to time) and beautiful in the nature.

We were so lucky to have Anka as our sleigh dog rider. He made our stay. the lodge was Very cosy and had a fully equipped kitchen. Nice log burner
We only saw one member of staff as everyone else seemed too busy. I had to ask several times if we could have a fire lit. In the end i did it myself. Again had to keep asking for the sauna to be turned on. The lodge is remote so make sure you take food with you or you will be paying 200 sek for a taxi to town. We would have been lost without Anka who even knew how to set my camera for taking pictures of the northern lights.
