Excellent location for shopping, food and public transport. Absolutely astounded the hairdryer in the room came with a diffuser - the rarest thing I've ever seen. Bathroom was typical and highly functional, plenty of storage. Room was very clean and serviced daily. Excellent breakfast, loved being able to make food in the upstairs kitchen, nice lounge/breakfast area, free extensive variety of tea and self-select coffee machine.

Bed was comfortable but the mattress springs made a bit of noise and I found myself sleeping towards the middle of the twin beds to avoid bouncing off the bed. Also, did not realise the room was serviced daily or I would have requested no service in my 2 night stay. I came back to find my things had been moved around and 1 item I couldn't find for at least 5mins and thought it had been throw out. The light in the middle of the window meant the curtains wouldn't close properly in a room facing the street.

Hotel is in the city center, rooms are big enough for 3 people, all the essentials were included. Reception was helpful letting us check in before, even if room was not ready yet (we left luggage while visiting the city), wonderful

I suggest to improve time of response via Booking chat, improve a little bit breakfast by adding more biscuits or fruits, basically was good, but if you want to improve it there you have an advice ;)

The hotel is convenient. It's a short walk from the train station and is near restaurants, shops and cafes. The breakfast is fairly good and it's in a quiet location. The property is small, but clean and well-kept. The kitchen was good and it made my life easier. The staff are absolute gems. This is a family-run business and it shows. They truly care about their business and their guests. My train arrived at about 7 AM and they let me check in early. My train departed fairly late in the afternoon and they were willing to hold onto my bags until then. Everything was very personable and cheerful.

Nothing to really complain about. It was a simple, clean and convenient hotel and the price was fair.

The staff was friendly and super helpful - was able to help us do a batch of laundry without extra charge. The breakfast spread was sufficient. It was centrally located from the main shopping streets and the parks by the lake.

The bathrooms were a little small depending on the room size, and some areas of the room were a little dusty.

It's exactly what it portrays itself to be. A non pretentious hotel, with simple but sufficient facilities. Decent breakfast and very comfy beds. Staff very friendly

Only concern for me was that the bathroom for wet on the floor with each shower. Other than that very satisfactory and in a great location

Small and cosy place. High quality blankets and pillows, so you can get a nice sleep. Well equipped kitchen in case you would like to cook on your own. It is small hotel with not a big rooms and bathroom but it was more than enough for comfortable traveling. Nice breakfast as well. And polite and very supporting personal.

Everything. The staff were chilled, the breakfast is very generous. The woman of Thai background, who prepares the buffet, is very friendly and easy on the eye. Great guests to chat to. Old fashioned place with so much more than a lockbox homestay.

Nice little independent hotel in Luleå centre. Fit our needs perfectly. Nice breakfast, with a standard selection of "cold" options; coffee/tea also available in afternoon/evening. Hotel has a few parking places of its own, though not (quite) as many as there are rooms.

Beds were a little softer than our liking.

The stuff was really nice and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is so warm! It's a bit like in a house. Spot is great as well- you can reach everything in and outside the city quickly. Great thing is that there is fully equipped kitchen along with the fridge so you can save up on food :)

The only minus is no bathroom heating as it could get really cold but it's a very small issue.

Its one of the main streets, easy to find, we were cheking out really early, we told it to the staff and they said our meal will be in the fridge in the morning and it was tasty as well :)

Everyting was fine, the walls are a bit thin, but that's all. Swedish people are not noisy :)
