Amazing location. Perfectly fitting to our needs as owners of a dog. Amazing staff, great breakfast and pleasant atmosphere.

Beds and pillows- unfortunately even with amazing possibility of level adjustment in bed; we forgot our pillows, and our quality of sleep was really poor, we both ended up with back and neck aces.

Due to the hotel being on the border of Lulea, it is quiet but road connection and public transportation is close by. Breakfast was really great and fitnessroom is highly recommended. The rooms were sufficiently big und quiet. together with the comfortable bed I slept really well. Fast food (McDonalds) is within 200 m of the hotel.

The hotel is a little outside of the city, so you need to walk a while or use car or bike.

Our little girl of 7 only wants Scandic, for "her own" bed that hangs at the wall. She loves the fact that there's a swimming pool. We all love the playrooms for kids and little bigger kids ( table football, ping pong ) We ourselves like the fact that there's always space for us ( availability ). The breakfast is great with so much choice. It's very clean everywhere. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms and overal design is great ( enjoyable to see and be in ). Free parking is also a big plus for Scandic. The fact that you can connect your own Netflix account to TV and watch it.

I did mis the Airco. Location bit hard to reach if you don't have a car. Swimming pool is bit to small, and no un-deep part for kids. The fact that some guests / kids aren't responsible and broke the games / toys in playroom downstairs. No fridge in the room.

Helpful and nice staff, good brekfast, atmosferę and tasty food in restaurant, free Coffe and tea at reception, sauna, comftable bed.

The staff was truly stunning! We got help in a very dicy situation with extreme cold outside, the staff was there with help and kindness. The breakfast was also quite good, the location was perfect as we were traveling through.

The beds could be a little bigger and a bit more comfortable.

There were everything we needed for a one night. Very good breakfast, free parking, everything was ok. Clean, good bed, nice room, good variety of food at breakfast, no queues, nice staff. Very good value for money. It was not a luxury hotel, but it was one of the best at this price range, where we have visited.

Very clean hotel, has swiming pool, sauna and gym. Amazing breakfast, a lot of choice. Big, comfortable beds and they give us a cot for our little boy. The receptionist helped us to cook some food for little one in the microwave as he is very fussy with food(thanks so much for that) We had a nice view of the lake. Free coffe from reception any time of the day.

Everything was perfect

Very friendly staff, great overall setup, cozy lounge, pool and sauna. The room was very clean, a warm welcome was prepared. The location was good for us as we were traveling through on E10.

Room was quite small. Bed sheets were a bit small too.

A good variety in breakfast options. Food was fresh and there is lots of places to sit. No matter when you go the line moves quite quickly.

I wish there were options to order food in the evening since our flight landed late and we would’ve rather had a decent meal at the hotel than resort to McDonald’s

Very nice hotel, conveniently located within walking distance from the university. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet (not just a "continental" breakfast). Free bike rental (though limited number of bikes). WiFi works just fine. Supermarket close by. Taxi to/from airport about 430-450SEK. A lake next to the property (in the summer beware of mosquitos outside).
