Room service has to be requested before 12pm at reception. The staff are overwhelmingly friendly and nice to guests, it was great. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. There is a wide spread of hot and cold items. The sauna on level 6 can only be used 5-10pm and towels & soap are provided. The laundry room is also on level 6 and can be used anytime. Only one washer and dryer so subject to availability. Washing powder is provided. Location is about 10min walk to the station

Room was a little old but have everything we needed. We were located on the 7 floor which had fewer people and also the window was facing the trees instead of the garden on level 6. If you prefer privacy do get the room on level 7. We felt the room was quite hot so luckily there was a fan to help with ventilation. The windows can be opened but beware of the insects that may fly in. The toilet had a stench near the pipes but we did not request to change rooms. Soap and towels are provided.

Breakfast is amazing and definitely one of the reasons I always return here. Otherwise it's very central for what I usually do and deliveresd everything I want. Oh and the dog biscuits and water in the entrance - priceless!

This time I was on a West facing room and that meant that in a warm month it got really hot. AC is not available so I had to make sure I aired the room every day otherwise would be impossible to sleep. Also this time the be wasn't that great but now I'm just being picky.

Easy walking distance to Malmo Train Station and most tourist attractions are also reachable without worrying about public transport. Room was suitable for overnight stay and breakfast supplied with many choices

Staff although trying to be helpful did not know the correction information in relation to train travel between Sweden and Denmark. I was sent to Orestad (lift and elevator broken and if not for the most kindest of gentleman who assisted in carrying my luggage up the steep flight of stairs I feel that I may have had a breakdown). Correct station closed to Oceankaij is Osterport, I know it is not their job to be up to date on other localities, but I am sure that I would not be the only guest with this enquiry.

Very good location, about 10 minutes walk from Malmo Central Station, or Gamla Staden,Stortoget, Liliana Torg. Many coffee shops, 7 eleven or restaurant all around. Quiet and clean city. A very green city, not so many cars, but lots of bycicles, green buses .Good food ,good beer, especially the local ones, we strongly recommend a place called Two Forks, or Malmo Saluhall-swedish meatballs. Absolut, Malmo îs so closed to Copenhagen;by train, only 40minutes.And about smoking, there are dedicated places for smokers, benches on every corner of streets, so no worries.

The hotel has an exceptional location, in the very center near the church of St. Peter. Also, it is only a few minutes' walk from the central train and bus station, which significantly facilitates access. Near the hotel there is also a seven eleven store where you can buy the necessary little things. At a distance of several tens of meters is the center where there is a shopping center, squares, bridges, etc. A warm recommendation for everyone who plans to come to Malmö. Breakfast is a special story, to be praised and beyond all expectations. it is organized in the neighboring restaurant, which is part of the hotel, like a Swedish restaurant, which is rich in various dishes. Every day you have a large selection of cooked dishes or spreads, different types of bread, pancakes, hot and cold drinks, etc. A breakfast that will give you a great start to the day and give you energy for tourist tours wherever you decide to go.

The hotel was central to everything I wanted. I had a set idea as to where I was going, I know Malmö well and the hotel was perfect from a location point of view. Close to the station also, walking distance (although I did get a taxi when I had suitcases) The room was a nice size with chairs and a desk. Large comfortable bed. Shower room was lovely. Very very clean Breakfast excellent. Restaurant had excellent food also Staff very helpful and friendly I was supposed to stay a night in Copnehagen before my flight back to the UK at the end of the week however I have cancelled that and am going back to hotelgarden

Nothing, it suited all my needs and I have no complaints at all.

The location is great, in the heart of the city. It was important for us to stay near the central station, it was only 5 minutes of walk. The bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept into. Breakfast was tasty, there was a lot of options-vegan options also, it was the same every day but that wasn't a problem for us-we enjoyed.

The room was small, but we knew that from the start, but the problem was that ventilation didn't exist and the bathroom itself could have been in the better condition (leaking problem). These things were not that big of a deal because everything else was top notch.

The only cons that I have is that the street view room is smaller than the garden view. Would recommend the garden view rooms for a larger place and a more quite one.

My friend and I stayed one night at this hotel and everything exceeded our expectations. The room wasn’t huge but there was everything we needed (free water, coffee, hair dryer, loads of amenities and even weights to train). It was all very clean and quiet. When we arrived the lady a the the reception was very kind and spoke English. She said we can have a small snack in the lobby (there was coffee, tea and biscuits). The breakfast was amazing! There was all sorts of sweet and savoury food including gluten free, lactose free and vegan. Totally recommend this hotel.

The location of the Hotel is perfect for the exploration of Malmö and very good value for money. The room was spacious enough and sound insulation was good, I did not hear any streetnoise at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed and cushions were very comfy, albeit a too soft for my taste, but that seems to be a common theme in Scandinavia.

The hotel is - quite logically, considering the points above - very heavily frequented. So it's not that the interior is old, it's just that there are obviously a lot of people coming through and that can be seen. While the noise insulation was good on the street side, I could clearly hear a phone conversation going on in the next room.
