The breakfast offered a good variety, and we appreciated the option to sit in different areas, such as the Bishop Arms. It was a nice touch to have the flexibility to choose a comfortable spot, adding to the overall breakfast experience.

The breakfast selection offered a good variety, but unfortunately, the hot items – including the sausages, meatballs, and bacon – were cold. Since breakfast plays a key role in the overall guest experience, ensuring these items are served at the right temperature would greatly enhance the experience.

Good breakfast, would have liked to see fried eggs, instead of, or in addition to, scrambled.

The hotel professes to be constantly thinking of how to improve its green credentials, yet, ALL of the soaps, shampoos and conditioners offered were extremely smelly. Perfumes in these products are completely unnecessary and pollute the air and water. Will Elite dare become a hotel that cares a bit more for the environment and helps those of us with asthma at the same time? Only two small lifts is completely inadequate for a hotel with so many rooms.

The layout of the hotel is good. The beautiful location by the harbour is perfect. Bishops Arms is a jewel. Gym and sauna on 14th floor are excellent with superlative views. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable, although the bed is probably too soft for my liking and the pillows likewise. Suggest a set of firmer pillows in the wardrobe as the opinion in this area is likely to be split 50/50. One little gripe would we the noise when people leave the local night life facilities and gather around the taxi rank across from the hotel entrance. Friday night 15/3 I was awoken thrice by our enthusiastic revellers. As I had an early 08:07 train to Arlanda C, I was compromised by being overly tired for the journey back to the UK.

Clean , conveniently located, parking is easy , decent breakfast, view is great from the room and washroom is clean.

A little noisy (door closing sound) as staying next to the gym, shower area is a bit small and do not have extra shelf to put other stuff like facial foam & additional shampoo, room a slightly small even though had upgraded to junior suite, breakfast is quite limited and repetitive, no additional security staying at level 14 as other guests can access to gym floor.

A tower block hotel from the outside, but in a wonderful location on the waterfront. I had a lovely room on the 9th floor with an excellent view over the sea and surrounding areas. Clean and well decorated, with a good breakfast and helpful staff. No problem with parking.

I found the noise and 'breeze' coming from the air conditioning grate in my room a little intrusive.

Staff - on check in, the staff member was condescending. We could hear her colleague helping another customer and they appeared more helpful whereas the person serving us, was intolerant. I was asked to pay for my stay despite having paid on booking. However when we checked out, we had a pleasant experience with a different member of staff.

Easy to find, parking on the door, really nice helpful check in staff, room was great with fantastic views out to sea, be it frozen, Bishops Arms pub attached & very nice too The town is a short walk up the road, we went to O'Learys sports pub in the square for dinner, then a fresh walk around, to see the igloo, the stunning Xmas tree & lights, then a welcome warm walk through the modern station to view the massive Ski slope.. slept really well in very comfortable beds, before going for a well appointed breakfast.. check out as check in..

Good coffee! Wonderful lake-view from the hotel room and tasty wine from the mini-bar.

I would have liked if there was more options for me as an glutenintolerant. I asked for "side" butter, so it would be safe for me to eat without the contamination of gluten, but I couldn´t have it.

The hotel is in an excellent location, on the harbour front and a few minutes' walk from the train/bus station. The receptionist at check-in was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was perfectly comfortable, although rather small.

Nothing to dislike, really.

Oat porridge would be nice. Othervise superb. Sauna a huge plus.

Hairs and dust in the room, not vacuum cleaned? Check under the beds... Gym is a bit too small. Sauna should have cooling room with opportunity to open windows. Quite swetty feeling after the sauna...
