Breakfast was outstanding & staff were very helpful

Our toilet clogged causing sewage to come up into the shower & sink. We had to move to another room at 11pm as it smelled awful. The rooms were also very warm so we had to request a fan. Our rooms were located by the busy road which was also quite noisy all night long. Ceiling paint was peeling off wall & bottom of door was ripped up.

Nice staff, good restaurant. Very helpful regarding dietary requirements. Good pillows.

First room was very hot, so we changed room. Carpark is expensive. It was not possible to pre-book the outside carpark (even though there seemed to be spaces) They didn't let us know the pool or restaurant hrs on arrival.

The food was good, both dinner and breakfast

There corridors are so narrow that getting past trollies was difficult/impossible when sitting in a small electric wheelchair A lot of furniture in a 18 sq m room left minimal manouvvering space for a wheelchair There was no coffee creamer/milk nor tea in the room

Hotel is located in the center of the city. Room is clean, bright and well furnished. Bathroom is equipped with good skincare products. Breakfast is delicious and varied. It was nice to find coffee and small croissants on the reception for all guests.

The positive things were a friendly staff , a very varied and tasty breakfast and the fact that the hotel is close to everything: the train station, Jamtli, the cosy shopping streets, the compact city center, and all the restaurants in the area where the food is simply delicious.

The exercise area/gym at the pool could benefit from a little TLC.

Quiet and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Great location.

No workout area or gym - 2 old kettlebells and some yoga mats, but no area to use them comfortably. Shower was very small (and I’m a small person!) - otherwise comfortable. Other local hotels have more generous common areas / lounges, gyms, spas … would likely choose a different location next time. If gym doesn’t matter, this is a nice choice.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The girls behind the counter very helpful and the guy at the bar funny and providing service with a smile on his face. Very pleasantly surprised. Oh, and the breakfast was great too!

That we had to leave without having tested the sauna. Otherwise, there's nothing not to like.

Right in the center of everything. Very clean rooms with a nice bar and the service from Jesper was exceptional! He really made us feel welcome. Everything went smoothly from registration to check out. The breakfast was excellent with a wide array of everything.

Breakfast & location were great! Providing the two sets of towels of different colors was a great idea!

The hallways were dark. Our luggage was stored in the locked luggage room when we checked out. When our driver returned to retrieve the luggage, he was told it wasn't at the hotel.

Nice room with quite big and comy beds. Breakfast selection was good, everything tasted well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is a big plus.

The only thing to make it better, would be to have a shuttle service to the airport.
