Shuttle service is very good in this hotel (you can call reception and they arrange a shuttle bus for you immediately, just wait on the Terminal 4, Bus Station 12 on the Arlanda Airport), staff is friendly and nice, arranging shuttle transfers for next day is easy (even very early in the morning for early flights), rooms are good, prices reasonable - so it has all what a normal traveler can want, nothing to complain. Other Arlanda bus stations (also most important Flygbussarna and UL) are only like seconds of walk (one crosswalk) away from shuttle bus stop and local bus stations (for SL) only a two minute walk from there, so all eastern Svealand is in reach there easily. I had a nice time in this hotel and this Swedish trip overall, so I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very easy free shuttle minibus to and from the airport (1km), even if you arrive by bus from the city on your return. Quick to answer both email and phone. Simple pickup from bustop 12 in Terminal 4. Read your confirmation mail for details. They know exactly how long you'll need to check in and drop you outside your terminal. Clean and comfy quiet room, with a few bumps and dings. Lots of sockets, TV and ensuite bathroom, including soap/shampoo and towels. Lovely coffee and tea free near reception. Lifts to upper floors. Breakfast extra but I bought a croissant in the 7-11 at the airport for the morning. Surprising value food compared to Airport. I wasn't that hungry in the evening, and they happily made me a child's meal, and I added bread and was perfect for 100#Kr. As always in Sweden all the tap water is included with the meal. You never need to buy water! They were showing the world cup in the small bar and other seating around. Food stops at 11pm, snacks after. I'm very happy I cancelled my last night in a central hotel for this one as with such an early start I wouldn't have got value from my stay. Now I have been here I'm happy to use again and recommend. Restaurant menu did not have any authentic Swedish food such as Swedish meatballs or whatever else nice to try. I understand why they have international food, but I can order fries, sandwiches and fallafel in my home country and wanted to try typical Swedish cuisine. I also thought some menu items seemed a bit pricey, but I guess that is all relative. I would not let the restaurant menu deter me from staying here, it is indeed a nice hotel!

We enjoyed a few different things about this place. We picked it because it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle (see dislike below), the staff was so kind and friendly, check in was easy and the breakfast was amazing. I want to celebrate how friendly everyone was who we interacted with. They were great at communication through booking.com before we arrived. I appreciate the fact that we were able to pay extra and check in early (at 10am). It was nice to shower and freshen up after a long day of flying. Everyone mentioned the breakfast and it was even better than I thought. So much variety of food and it was all so delicious. They even have a little restaurant for dinner meals.

The only thing that could have been better was arrival and waiting on the shuttle. We tried to call for nearly 20 minutes to get through to speak to someone to pick us up. However, they couldn't give us a time of when the shuttle would be there to pick us up. So we had to wait another 30 minutes to be picked up. But the shuttle driver was very kind and the transportation back to the airport was much easier.

I was on a quick turnaround & delayed inbound flight so airport shuttle was invaluable at 2am. Staff were friendly, professional & customer focused: they called me on the room phone (yes!) to check I was on time for my shuttle. Borrowed a hairdryer from Reception. Bed was really comfortable & I liked the built in seating areas. The room was well laid out with soap dispensers in shower (hair/body) & at the handbasin. Drinks, coffee and snacks were available 24/7 next to the front desk which has staff 24/7. I booked without breakfast & I didn't have time for it but could see a few people in the restaurant area when I left at 8.30am. Travel time to the airport was about 8 minutes on a mid-week morning.

First of all, the hospitality and helpful attitude of all. Since we landed, the free pick up service from airport, helping with all my heavy luggages as I was travelling with my infant and 70 years old mom, keeping the luggages at the store, all time smiley service, not getting tired of my endless requests and queries, free tea/ coffee 24*7, complimentary buffet breakfast (we didnt avail that, they honoured us because of my little 2 months old son) and the list goes on. They helped us with airport meet & greet service and made sure we are accompanied by someone to help with the luggages the next day.

Nothing, to be honest. Everything was way too perfect during our stay. The location of the hotel itself is a plus. The ambience, behaviour, location, cleanliness, buffet menu, room, washroom - everything was good. I would highly recommend Arlanda to all those people who are travelling to Stockholm and want to stay near Airport. Worth your money.

Location is great. Rooms are comfy. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. They have rooms for 3 ppl, which is a rare find. We didn't need the shuttle to the airport, but I saw the shuttles going back and forth often, and people booking them at the front desk - seemed very convenient.

We had two rooms. In one there was a good modern shower with glass wall. In another one the shower had a shower curtain that was short and there was no shower rim, so the water was basically spreading to the whole bathroom floor. We managed with putting towels on the floor. I guess they are in the process of renovating the rooms and one day hopefully all the showers will be modernized.

This hotel was a last minute booking and we took our chances. We were very pleasantly surprised, there is a free shuttle to from the hotel to the airport. The airport has a train or bus into Stockholm which is about 25 minutes. We also went to another day trip from the Stockholm area, called Uppsala, which was a 30 minute bus ride from the Airport. So the location was perfect for us. The room was very sound proof and the breakfast was fabulous, tons of different choices.

The staff upon our arrival and upon our departure were both very friendly and helpful, while the staff on our second day definitely could work on their customer service skills.

Very close to the airport, quiet, clean and welcoming staff. They had tea and coffee near reception free of charge. The transfer to and from the airport takes about 10 min by the white minibus (it has a small print on the bus "Good morning Arlanda". The bus leaves very often: from Terminal 4, bus stop 12 and from Terminal 2, bus stop 8. To get back to the airport from the hotel please tell at the reception to book a minibus for the time you want to leave the hotel. We enjoyed our only one night and found that the hotel is more than we would expect 😊 Enjoy your stay everyone!

The hotel is spotless clean, comfy and quiet. The rooms are quite spacious and have everything you need for a good rest not too far from Arlanda airport. I do recommend getting breakfast there (great selection and choice). And remember to book the transfer to the airport they have because, otherwise, it's not that close to any of the terminals and local buses will only leave you by the road.

I didn't know about their transfer service to and from the airport and I took a local bus to get there. It was a bit of a journey and I was left by the road, so I had to walk a bit with my suitcase. To go back to the airport, I booked the free transfer and that was great.
