The hotel feels really modern, clean and the lighting and decor is really pleasant (like Nordic spartan), both in the rooms and the general areas. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The foyer has a nice sitting area with arm-chairs, couches and faux furs. You can also grab a beer at the adjacent Paolo's and enjoy it in comfort. The in-house restaurants are handy and the food was quite nice, especially in the Miss Voon restaurant at the top of the hotel - great view from up there too. The breakfast was really good. A good mix of foods, juices & hot drinks with different dietary options too. Handy case storage behind reception if you check out and have time to kill. Its in a very convenient location, as the bus terminal is about 200m away, and you are situated right in the heart of town. It's also a stop for the Skelleftea airport shuttle bus, which is ideal.

Nothing comes to mind. It was one of the better places I've ever stayed in. The mini bar items are very expensive, but that's not unique to this hotel.

The whole wooden conception was beautiful and stylish from the astonishing reception desk to the room with wooden walls. From the room there was huge view to the city and surroundings. We stayed at the 13th floor and huge window covered the whole wall. Everything was spottlesly clean, bed was comfortable, shower lovely and coffee/tea was available in the room. Car park was just around the corner, so it was easy to find place there. The breakfast was one of the best we have had. We have stayed over hundred different hotels and this one goes easily to top five. Nearly all products were locals (that's why no orangejuice;-)) and huge variety just wonderful. Plus possibility to shallow-fry your own hot fresh and crispy waffles with sweetened berries and whipped cream. And last bonus was beautifully detailed layout for everything. Big, but cosy restaurant for breakfast was atmospheric. You could relax and enjoy from very good start for the day. Taking part in Pride week by flags around was worth thumbs up! Celebrating equality is as supportive as celebrating for examble christmas. Toleration is always a positive sign and makes you smile.

It’s great building, in a great location, the room is basic but nice Walls are made of timber so it makes it feel more special The shower is nice And big full height windows so it’s great waking up to the view

It’s ashame that the spa / sauna is not included in the price It would have made the experience that much better

Two days the water pressure in the bathroom was really weak, just a trickle of water came out, and I had already put shampoo in my hair, which was rather annoying. I was later told it was due to the towns water pressure dropping suddenly which I thought was a bit odd as it didn’t affect any of my friends staying elsewhere

Good location, nice view from the higher rooms. Friendly staff. The rooms are sober but really nice and have everything that is needed. Comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast. Very nice building with a good atmosphere.

It's a shame to promote a four star hotel with a pool when the pool is not included and needs to be booked apart. The pool is part of the Spa, which needs to be booked seperately, and the possibilities to book are limited. We did not get the chance to use the pool because the Spa was fully booked. Airco in the rooms are not really sufficient in summertime when the sun is falling in through the windows almost 24/7. We booked the restaurant together with the room, but the booking didn't get to the restaurant so we did not have a reservation. Luckily, the restaurant solved the issue.

Breakfast was great with a arctic attitude :) Room was very cosy with wooden walls and huge view for whole wall was window from top to roof. The restaurant at 19. floor was very good experience. It was relaxed and very cosy.

Please make sure the paper undercover of the glasses in toilet looks dry not that there is dryed water. Looks more tidy. The staff in the breakfast did not greet - only one lady in the kitched said Hello before greeting her.
