Friendly staff, airy location, not blocked by alot of high buildings. Breakfast was varied and very good. Receptionists were extremely helpful and well informed. Beds were super comfortable. Loved the heated floor tiles in the bathroom.

Room was smaller than expected but it didn't bother us. Was expecting something sweet for breakfast during the week also not just in the weekends. I personally prefer sweet breakfasts. Tram line was under maintenance (not hotel's fault) but at least the metro station wasn't far away. We just had a longer walk than expected, which is an issue when one of us suffers from mobility issues with walking and running.

Room was nice, bed was comfy, and breakfast was well stocked and good! Staff was also very good and easily accessible by phone. I like the traditional style of the room and the bathroom was nice as well. Surprisingly quite room for being in Stockholm, which was excellent.

The hotel advertises a 24 desk, but it was unstaffed when I checked in on a Sunday around 16. That was no problem, I got my key card and access to the hotel. But it was a 24 hour staffed desk.

room was very clean, enough of different kits (like shampoo, razor, duster for shoes, etc) the decent amount and types of furniture almost every day there was cleaning, but they didn't change towels each time (which was ok, except that one on the floor, for feeths) very helpful staff! 10min by walk to the train station + 7min by train and you are in the center of Stockholm very nice district! 2-3 min from the hotel - nice small gulf with boats

very little space for 2 people for 9 days breakfast was the same for 9 nights =( few vegetables, but good coffee, and fruits. on weekends it might have been not enough scramble and pancakes location - our windows were right before the road, it was very noisy there + trash truck took out trash each day very early only 4 coat hangers was impossible to close curtains completely (and we were lucky to stay there during white nights

Upon arrival we arrived late and I was sent a message with instructions on how to enter using a code which went really well. The hotel is very clean and food represented well. The hotel was at a perfect location. Staff were very helpful. I wish I knew of the spa as I knew on check out.

What could be done better: Provide leaflets of what the hotel offers like other treats for example spa.

Beautiful building exterior, breakfast included

Deceiving explination of double room. After booking saw without windows..... No windows, no ventilation system for oxygen airflow, unfortunately quite dangerous foe me quite frankly- didn't sleep at all that night due to my personal health issues for ventilation but for anyone it's shouldn't be offered as a room that one . Ventilation not available.

1. Very clean room and bathroom 2. Personnel is perfect 3. Rooms with windows to the courtyard are really quiet 4. No ventillation working round o'clock over Your head in the room, You can open a window (it was a great advantage for me) 5. Bed is comfortable

Comfortable bed, nice personel. Access to gym 24seven, located 250m from hotel.

We choose a room without windows, so we felt bit strange like in small dark cage. Missing fresh air, but can't complain as it was our choice. Next time we will not select room without window. Bit boring breakfast, TV without smart.

I would recommend this hotel to anybody who looks for accomodation in Stockholm. It is close to a public transport station and it is easy to go to the city center from there. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information about the city. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. Comfortable bed and quiet area. There is free parking at the hotel. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Very polite supportive and professional staff. They provided us coffee for the trip and trip pillows for the children for the car. Rich and tastefull breakfast in order to continue the day. 10 minutes walk from Subway station. Good and friendly neighborhood with many restaurants and supermarket. It was hot but rooms have a small fridge and a small fan. Definetely it will be my first choice during my next visit to Stocholm.

Great breakfast & dinner options. Good transport links. The staff were all lovely! Everything provided upfront without having to hassle anyone.

Could get a little noisy, the soundproofing between rooms wasn't great. Shower temperature fluctuated a fair bit.
