Size, design and facilities

I didn't receive the entrance code, so I had to get cold outside on the rainy day until I was able to get in contact via phone with the remote support. There is no stuff in the hotel. That's annoying. Entrance with a code is not obvious because there are two keypads misleading.

Room had just enough furniture of exactly the kind that I needed. They make good use of the space available. It is very bright and comfortable. The curtains are nice and thick, which is welcome in the summer. The laundry room is free to use if you book it and the machines are high-quality, which is a big bonus.

I wish we had more access to cleaning materials, especialy vacuum & mop. They clean regularly, but sometimes if one, say, spills something on the floor and such, it would be nice to clean up earlier than that. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Well managed and detailed no human connect from Check in to Check out. Good beds and spacious living area with dining table and television and good bright windows

Long walk for each time to get to the room and exit out from metro and commuter rail stations. Due to some road construction near commuter rail station - Helenelund, the diversion walk path is too long winding ! Didn't spot any supermarkets in our three day stay ! Located among large office buildings which we didn't realise while booking! Also was disappointed by the bare minimum kitchenette. Not enough for a family holiday stay and only workable for work stays may be.

Had a comfortable stay, satisfied with most of the parts. Convenient location with less than 1km to Kista metro and stores. Especially love it there is a kitchen in the room, really made a difference for me. Good sound proof, didn't hear much noise during my 6 days of stay. Spacious wardrobes. Would recommend this place.

Both the pillow cases seem to be unchanged and smelt. The room door lock was digital with a code instead of with a key or key card, which made me feel a bit insecure when sleeping. You can tie the door knob somewhere somehow.

There was no staff on site. I stayed there for over a week and the room wasn't cleaned once.

Nice apartments, working sauna on ground floor, children play room. Kitchen has all necessary equipment including dishes, pots and pans, electric kettle. Very well isolated apartments, you do not hear neighbors or the highway. Very well cleaned.

There were only 3 or 4 free parking spaces in front of the hotel that almost always were occupied. The rest was very expensive to park at. (Around 600 SEK a day when we checked on a parking app). We had to park in a parking garage nearby for 120 SEK a day.

I loved the neat room, the privacy system and the additional facilities. The staff i happened to see were helpful and friendly. The location seemed a bit strange (industrial area) but i found a shopping center nearby. Overall, we are satisfied and recommend this hotel.

Some of the hotel inmates were getting <<too comfortable>> in the living on the ground floor so a presence of an employee would have been appreciated to emphasize mutual respect in the shared space.

Good value for money. The room is spacious, the bathroom is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. Decent location: 15 minutes by metro and 8 minutes walk from Stockholm city centre, although the area isn't considered very safe. Easy check-in and check-out. Recommended for single travellers, but not for couples or families.

Some of the kitchen utensils were quite worn and dirty and the shared facilities looked shabby. Would benefit from a renovation.

Proximity to Kista Business Area, Good value for money, Self check-in, check-out, comfortable room and bathroom, window that can be opened and thus let fresh air in (not given in Sweden)

This is the second time I stay at this property. It was not as clean as first time around, there were stains on the inner mattress for example and a smell (the latter was solved by opening the window).

Everything 🥰best place in this o price range . Apartment is fully equipped clean and very modern design . Also has everything. Some of the hotel i stayed in Stockholm they don’t really have so many facilities like this one does in this price .

16:00 check in time also had to call their virtual assistant to get key code for room. also there should be at-least one person at reception . For me i have nothing to complain about.
