Quite a big hotel with slightly luxurious look and feel inside. Superb breakfast with lot to choose from, all fresh and tasty. There was a special staff paying attention to children even with some in animal costumes. We found the street parking accross small park from the hotel which is free of charge on weekends.

The family room with sofa bunk bed looked a bit weird as the bunk bed was between other beds and the window. The normal beds were comfy, the bunk bed was ok, but esp. upper bed was rather narrow. I haven't found possibility to switch off aircon, so there was a moderate cold air flow into the room the whole night. Overall I consider it slightly overpriced, but other options in the area had similar price tag anyway...

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and coffee was great too! The rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff was courteous and helpful. It is a 700m walk from the Sundsvall C train station which was very convenient.

Everything was great at the hotel. If I had to nitpick, the soap dispensing bottles in the bathroom were a pain to use.

Upon arrival and departure from the parking lot (garage) there is a problem. The mechanism that opens and closes the barrier is configured in a strange way. I was never able to drive in and out of the garage on my own. Needed help from the hotel reception

Excellent comfy hotel. I traveled alone and booked a budget room. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was good. Heating system excellent. Hotel is close to QC depot and good for travelers with car too. From my experience, I found the stay really enjoyable. A definite recommendation.

Not much. As a first time traveler, one thing that has worried me (very little actually) is its location. You need to walk a few blocks from the central station. Given the overall comfort, this can easily be ignored.

close to the train station and the city centre. very convenient. many equipments : gym, sauna. we had a problem of cleanliness in the room and the manager handled that very well! we really thank her for that. breakfast is very hearty.

breakfast sausages and eggs tend to be cold very quickly.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast bag provided as had to leave before breakfast available.

Hotel corridors could do with decorating and bringing up to date

We really enjoyed the buffet style breakfast. Also, the front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure talking with them.

Priceworthy, clean hotel. Free charging of EV. Plenty of parking space in the garage. Environment friendly solutions.

Everything was easy and straight-forward, from the booking, check-in and check-out. It was pet-friendly and only charged a SEK 250 fee to have the dog (they put water and food bowls in the room, plus a poop bag and a treat). Everything was as expected - a good-sized room, good bed, they had an empty mini-bar which I thought was genius (if you wanted anything that you would normally find in a mini-bar you could get it at the reception) since we could use it to store food and liquor. The breakfast was above my expectation considering the price of the hotel. The location was perfect - a quick walk to city center, right in front of an OKq8 gas station where you could rent a car, withdraw money, and you also had a convenience store. The thai massage place right below the hotel was cheap and really good - recommend it! There is also a sauna and a small fitness center. We had dinner at the restaurant one night - service was really good and a romantic touch to the decoration. Food wasn't spectacular, but good.

The pillows weren't very comfortable - not a deal-breaker though.
