An elevator would of been good as I had a few big bags and was on 3rd floor.

+ At the time of writing this review the hotel is well under-rated, our weekend there was a really nice and pleasant surprise, especially given that the cost was quite reasonable -> great value for money + The real highlight was the breakfast, which offered a variety of choices of hot and cold dishes otherwise seen in 4- or 5-star hotels + The staff was friendly and helpful and let us check out 1 hour late without any complications or additional fees

The breakfast time window is 7.30-9.30am, which is fine, but not the most generous one. Most 3-star hotels offer breakfast until 10am (some even until 10.30am), which is appreciated by travelers that want to take it easy and sleep in a bit during their weekends or holidays.

It was our second stay in the hotel during this winter season and I can only reiterate the previous remarks: + Great value for money + Excellent breakfast for this hotel standard + Friendly and helpful staff

The only (minor) thing that I could complain about is a relatively short breakfast window (7.30-9.30am), which may or may not be troublesome for visitors, depending on preferences.

A very nice cozy hotel. Breakfast is simple, but you have food of all kinds - eggs, sausages, vegetables and fruits, bread, etc. We didn't have any allergy restrictions, so no comment about it. Restaurants close by for dinner. Spacious, clean and quite equipped room. Kids were impressed that they had a TV in their chamber too! :-) Parking is just a few meters away from the hotel. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Should we ever come back to Bad Ragaz, we will stay in this hotel for sure!

Pillows could be a bit harder/thicker, but this is a tiny detail. ;-)

The bed and pillow are very comfortable and the room was clean and silent. The breakfast is very nice with sweet and salty choises. The hotel location is in the center of the town.

The hotel doesn't have a lift and there is limited time for check-in because the reception is open only during two time slot : 7.00-11.00am and 16.00- 20.00, then outside those hours the hotel entrance is closed

I arrived at one o’clock in the night and it was very convenient to find key at safe box. The bedlinen was perfect.the breakfast was nice, different grilled vegetables, cheese, smth like antipasti, ets. The location is great — in the center but quiet small street, close to Tamina therme and to bus stop (if only you need bus to reach station, its 10—15 min to walk to station).

Cosy, a bit older hotel with mix a of styles in its interiors. Friendly and helpful man at the reception. It was possible to upgrade to a bigger apartment for the same price. Decent breakfast. Nice location at a silent street but just 200 meters from the city main square. In a short walk distance from the thermal bad. Top floor apartment has beautiful view of mountains around. Available number of private parking places. Good base for skiing in Lenzerheide-Arosa region (40 minutes by car).

Equipment of small kitchenette a bit surprising / random: 1 pot, 3 pans, 3 plates in a 6 person capable apartment :) 2 wine glasses but 6 for champagne - I don't get the logic here :) A sieve could help as well as a bowl.

The location was perfect for our needs. We like walking and it is very close to hill walks and trails. It is a few minutes from the town which is perfect. It was very quiet when we were there.The breakfast menu was excellent and abundant.The staff were very friendly.

We liked everything.....

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. We had to leave at 6:30am and they kindly prepared breakfast early so that we could enjoy their amazing buffet. The room was spacious, clean, with a mini fridge and water kettle and the front desk was super kind as was the morning chef. there was also a fantastic Italian restaurant right down the street. I would definitely recommend staying here!
