Key procedure was very simple in absence of someone at reception (we arrived on the weekend). The location is very good if you’re passing through for a night. We actually did an evening in the center of Bern, which is only a 15m drive. The room was good, and the price point very decent, especially for Switzerland. You can also load your EV at the parking lot.

Paper walls. If your neighbors are talking at even a normal level, you can hear everything they say. That was really a pity, otherwise we would have given a much higher rating.

Every morning we could have a nice cup of coffee to start our day.

1. If we opened the window during the night there were so many mosquitoes so we couldn't sleep well 2. If we closed the window at night it was too hot to sleep. A ceiling fan would be the perfect solution. 3. When it was raining cats and dogs it was very unfortunate that we couldn't park in the garage. 4. When calling customer service on the day of arrival I called them for assistance and they were going to call me back but they never did so it's a good thing we figured out how to get in the place after all.

Exceptionally clean, professional facility in a quiet location. Very spacious, loved the snacks (for a fee, but if you've been driving for a whole day, it's great to have anything), and the wine! The view from the room in the morning is breathtaking! The balcony is huge, and the automatic blind shutters are a brilliant touch of luxury. Ample free parking space, easy check-in, close to Bern.

Spotlessly clean. Aeronautical themed. Fridge / minibar. Good balcony with chairs & table. Great view from the spacious room. Quiet area. Lovely garden terrace. Great en-suite. Free parking on site.

A little remote - need a car to get there / to get out for food & drink. No cooking / self catering facilities. Double bed was two singles pushed together & far too soft / floppy pillows.

The location was perfect for holidays (and I assume also for trainings). The riverside near by was amazing. Major cities like Bern, Interlaken are easily reachable. Cleanliness, quite surrounding, beautiful mountain view, easy but secure entry, plenty of parking space, last but not the least super friendly staff.

The communication by the hotel was very good, they clearly state the details, we didn‘t really need to go to reception, we found the place easily by car, but the hotel is located in an industrial zone and no shops around. But we have been informed about it by the hotel. The room size is very good for 2 ppl and we had a very nice view to the mountains.

Clean and comfy room, with all necessary equipment (tv, wifi, coffee machine, hairdryer, fridge with some drinks. Quite a large bathroom with a large shower. Beautiful surrounding.

I only have one remark about breakfast. It was tasty, but there was very little choice and some basic elements of breakfast you see in hotels were missing.

Big and comfortable room. Free coffee/tea/small bottle of water was highly appreciated. Easy and free parking space. Very quiet (most certainly linked to the fact that I stayed over the week end).

We had a comfortable stay in a large and spacious room equipped with new and high quality materials. It is located in a cute town, close to the highway. It has a very nice balcony with a beautiful view. There is sufficient parking for each vehicle.
