Nice central location less than 10 minutes from the train station and right around the corner from the central plaza. Not luxurious but clean and quite comfortable. Check in was extremely well-organized. Cleaning every day around 9, super efficient. Hotel seems to cater to tour groups but they were never in the way. Breakfast was good with a decent range of options, in the Swiss style.

There was a slight but distinct odor in the bathroom, like sewer gas. Not overwhelming and didn’t get into the room but was definitely there.

Fantastic central location and a very easy check in. The room was immaculately clean and modestly sized. What was really impressive was the breakfast AND the downstairs breakfast room. The breakfast staff in particular were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. When you have a busy touring day ahead of you the breakfast is a massive plus. It was very hot and we ensured we had enough fluids from breakfast.

Nothing. It did exactly what it said on the tin. Everything was very well organised, subsequently our experience was [very positive in all areas.

Close to train station 7 min walk, very quiet area but 1 min from busy area. No noise from outside but could hear people talking through the walls. Breakfast room is huge! lots of tables, small range of choice for breakfast but enough to start the day off! Bed very comfortable and had duvet each for double bed. Modern room and spacious. Had views of mountains outside my room. Receptionist Emma was very kind and told us everything we need to know.

Breakfast could do with bigger range and a toaster. Hotel rooms are under renovation but didn’t make much noise before 9am.

Location was great, close to rail station. Very good buffet breakfast. Open fridge honour system was a new thing for us, an extremely convenient and welcome touch - I just hope that it doesnt get abused. Great models of buildings and alpine panoramas throughout the hotel were a special touch. Wish we stayed longer.

Nothing, a very positive experience after a great sightseeing day at Zermatt/ Matterhorn, and wandering around old Brig town and the palace.

My apologies for the late review. Stayed 2 nights on 7 Nov - 9 Nov 2022. I get to know on the town called Brig as i was looking for place to stay closest to Zermatt. I'm very happy that i choose to stay in this town and especially at Good Night Inn. The stay was with breakfast so it is definitely a plus point. Fast check in and check out, we can leave our bags for us to explore the area. Walking distance to train station within less than 10 mins.

NIL - ALL PERFECT

We loved the location, it is close to transport and attractions as well as restaurants and a supermarket. The rooms while basic are functional, spacious and have everything you need, including a wide variety of international TV channels. The breakfast is amazing and plentiful.

We didn't like the pillows, apart from that it was an excellent experience.

Its only about 5 mins walk from the train station! The room was clean the bed was very comfortable! We had a bathroom with bath Everything was clean and tidy! Location is quiet. There are no busy roads around the place. We had breakfast included in the price, which is like self service breakfast with lots of choices It is perfect place to stay!

Short walk from train station. Room and breakfast good. Arrived early and they looked after our luggage whilst we went to Zermatt. Opted for half board so had a 3 course dinner (limited options) for 18SF which was a good deal.

Room a bit small with luggage but quiet.

The property is clean, the dining room in the basement is a pleasant surprise with all of the chandeliers. The property was exactly what we needed, a clean and conveniently located place to spend the night.

I was required to book a separate room for me and my husband. We could have slept in the same bed, and I would have accepted paying a bit more for double occupancy. Felt odd, I could not book a room with my husband of 28 years. :-)

Breakfast was good. The hotel is centrally located and a good point to start visiting the nearby castle and the city centre. Hotel has a huge parking lot underground.

The hotel is a bit outdated and it could do with some renovations. The wifi was almost not working at all.
