Great location from the main Friourg station which was a few minutes walk away. I used trains to go to other town/ city, so it was so convenient and also there is a little Ice cream shop in front of the hotel with many Vegan options! All clean, tidy and hidden kitchenette was just a bonus although the cooker was out of order.

I was surprised there was no aircon and it was so hot this August. There was no fan available when asked the reception staff. I guess that you didn't expect this extreme heat in Switzerland in the past. I had to keep the windows open to get air in to the room but there was so much noise at night from party near by after 11pm! I didn't order breakfast at the hotel as there was not much options for vegans and not worth extra money.

The room had 2 large windows but only 1 had a curtain. This meant as we opposite other apartments on the other side of the road we had to remember to remain clothed rather than as we might choose to dress. Asked for a curtain to be fitted - this was never done. The room had no air conditioning and it was very hot. Would be helpful to have AC or at least a fan. The room was very noisy being street facing... and the noise was never-ending. Without AC we had to leave the windows open. Sleep was impossible! The outlet in the shower was blocked.

beautiful room fully equipped, new and renovated. Hotel is in excellent location right in the heart of the town just by Georges Python square. We had room service every day with fresh towels.

We had a kitchen with stove, but it was out of order unfortunately, we would have preferred to be able to make use of it. Also, pillows of the bed were extremely voluminous and hard, making them uncomfortable to sleep on. When we asked for different ones, we were told there were no alternatives. Pricy but not more than regular prices for the area.

We had a very warm and friendly greeting on arrival, the staff were very cheerful and helpful. the room was spacious and clean and very quiet at night and the central location was excellent.

It would have been good if there were a few more drinks sachets, coffee tea and milk for example, but good to have a kettle in the room and a fridge.

The room had space enough for two persons and excellent equipped. The hotel is situated in the heart of Fribourg and very near to the railway station. Daily impeccable cleaning.

It was more than adequate, and the room comfortable and convenient.

Nothing very much to dislike, although there was a fair bit of late-night noise from the road outside - some high spirits, perhaps, but the double-glazing was effective.

I booked this hotel for while moving my residence. It had enough floor space, cabinets and shelves to keep my stuff organized. The full sized refrigerator and kitchen sink were helpful. And right outside are restaurants and the commercial center of Fribourg. Friendly staff.

The pillows could be firmer. And FYI, the stove and oven one might see in the pictures do not work (and never have since 10 years ago that I stayed here). Not that I would use them if they did work, but seems a waste of space.

Excellent welcome. Newly renovated room of ample size. The kettle was a nice touch. The hotel was right in the old town, close to cafes and shops, but not too far from the station.

I note that on the ground floor there was a bar/night club, and that other reviewers complained of noise. We had no disturbance from this.

Lucky to get a studio room which was very spacious. The location was bang in the middle of the pedestrian area. The room was very clean and inviting. Appreciated the surplus of charging points.

As it is next to a bar and cabaret open till 4 am, all the smokers standing out and chatting was a tad disturbing.

The staffs were very kind and I felt at home. The room was very clean, full equipped, and also very quiet. The location is also perfect, which is easy to reach from the station, is in the center, and was also close to my destination.

The only point that I have to complain was the position of the plug-ins. I wished to have the plug-in one in the bathroom and one on the bedside.
