Beautiful building and stylish design spaces. Kurhaus had very spacious rooms, with big balconies (ours had a great view of the mountain) artistically pleasing wall decor, comfortable bedding
the rooms didn’t have blackout curtains. I had to use a hair clip to try securing the gaps. it wasn’t obvious until we checked in that there was no wifi in the rooms. service is erratic with only one person on duty, despite his best efforts there was occasionally a line of people waiting for service. there were also limited dining options. while there were 3 restaurants on site, one was a bar which only served pizza for dinner and the main salle restaurant was closed for a wedding which left my young son and I with only a tapas restaurant as an option, which really wasn’t idea.

A great location, bang in the middle of town, easily accessible to all amenities and not too far from Scalottas or the bike park lift. the room was quirky, we had a 3 bed room and there was an additional one bed room and bathroom through a wardrobe door, which we loved. I kept calling my mate “Aslan” (the lion from Narnia) nice bar downstairs and a really good area to chill, have some complimentary coffee and bring a few beers of your own. staff were super friendly, but everything has an end, well except the sausage, that has too lol
shower was great pressure wise, but a bit difficult to keep in the right spot without it wondering and drenching the bathroom.

This is a funky hotel. It is a grand old building with simple, but nice rooms. The hotel wants to promote social interaction, so there is no wifi or tv in rooms. There is a large lobby with coffee and chairs and pool table. Appeals to a younger clientele. The bar does a great pizza. Nice breakfast buffet. Parking is close by.
Wifi in the room would've been nice. We managed fine and had decent phone signal, but I don't need a hotel deciding how I spend my time.

Hotel is cool, nice design and revival of an older building. The pizza in the restaurant was excellent! We had an "S" room, but it was still a good size. It's well located in the center of Lenzerheide and stops for the sport buses are extremely convenient.
Rooms are poorly isolated. The first night, we heard our neighbors having a quiet chat, and the third night, we were both awoken by a loud conversation at 4 am that went on a long time. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper!

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment for a bike weekend with friends (3 adults in total). The apartment is a generous size and offers all the comforts we needed for our stay. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge in the corridor that could be used for smaller meals and/or breakfast if required. We decided to eat out for dinner and booked the breakfast option so only used it to cool drinks. Breakfast buffet is generous with a great selection. Location is right in town and all the infrastructure can accessed with a quick walk or a short bus/bike ride.
Not much to dislike about the Kurshaus. If you are looking for five star treatment with all the bells and whistles, this is probably not the hotel for you.

Hotel was quiet but then again it was end of May and pretty out of season. I imagine it livens up in the winter, might explain the swing in the foyer... unusual. A large room with comfortable bed. No TV but am not sure whether that is a plus or minus. Great buffet breakfast and proper pizza at the bar in the evening which have a friendly staff. Great lounge with a small library, boardgames and pool table.
That our stay was a one nighter. :(

The lounge area in the hotel is great for spending the evening and the location in the center of Lenzerheide is great for starting some hiking trips. The hotel has a restaurant where you can eat dinner, also. The view from the room towards Lenzerhorn is great 😁.
Our room would have missed a bedside table and a chair, maybe. And the bathroom was quite old, but clean.

Nice set-up, decent staff, a cool mix of the old and new and generally top design and decor. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Very good food from the Salon Rouge restaurant, and the bar/restaurant also provided great service, a small but tasty food selection, and a suitable range of beers. Breakfast was exceedingly good (Bloody Mary, don`t mind if I do!). The 24 hour free espresso coffee machine and tea is also an appreciated touch.
The afore mentioned coffee machine could use more frequent checking as it was occasionally without teaspoons, and the used cups etc were piled up making it a bit messy. The current trend of just having a QR code on a table rather than a menu I find rather heartless and unattentive. Not the fault of the hotel per se, but every evening the pool table area/reception was full of rowdy children running around and/or hacking away at the pool table with nary a parent in sight, meaning it was not as relaxing area as it could be.

The atmosphere in the hotel is great - more like a trendy city hotel than a traditional wintersports hotel. The choice in restaurants/bars mean that you don't have to go out for dinner every night. The lounge next to the lobby and library were great to relax in after a day of skiing or after dinner - there is unlimited free tea, coffee and water.
The bathrooms are a bit outdated - the shower is in the bathtub with a shower curtain. Quite retro. The strength and warmth of the water coming out of the shower compensated for this!

Location could not be better. Very convenient and close to many restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, stores, and the bus stop that takes you around for skiing. The hotel has rooms and equipped apartments. Also it has three restaurants, one of them the best pizza in town! Friendly staff.
