We had a room with a balcony that overlooked the lake. This made the end of the day even better. The staff are amazing! They were incredibly nice and very well informed about where to go and things to do. In fact, they were far more informative than the local tourist office. The hotel provides a tourist card that includes free access to a LOT of museums as well as public transport. The underground parking was nice, and the spots were quite roomy, in stark contrast to other hotels we stayed at in Switzerland. Overall, the city, the hotel, the location and the staff were excellent. We would visit again.

The rooms were clean and airy with wonderful views of the lake!!! Loved the view of the lake and mountains beyond. The cocktails at the lounge on the top floor were wonderfully crafted and the bar itself had a magnificent view. The hotel provided a coupon book of the most important museums and transportation around the area. We were only there for one night so we did not get to experience much but next time, we will plan extra time for this area.

My husband and i paid for two rooms to accommodate us and our adult daughter. They gave the corner room to our daughter who graciously gave it to us. Maybe next time, give the better corner room, with a terrace, to the people paying the bill. :-)

The location was excellent. The reception staff was very helpful and nice, they solved all our requests perfectly. The hotel's facilities were good, the fitness center allowed quality relaxation. The underground garages are extremely spacious. Only the breakfast did not have an adequate ratio of quality and price, but there are plenty of pleasant cafes in the vicinity. A good starting point for exploring the surroundings of the lake.

Very centrally located near the city center which is just 10 minutes walk, right on the lake with a nearby garden and park. Plenty of parking spaces (with payment) near the Hotel. Fantastic elevators with video walls give a very nice feeling. Smiling personnel both in the reception and at the restaurant and a happy atmosphere all around the Hotel. Very polite, always smiling, and willing to assist housekeeping ladies, especially a young lady from Portugal. The junior suite with a lake view was roomy with 2 bathrooms (one for visitors right at the entrance). Wenge wood high-quality furniture with a big table and design chairs for four persons. Everything was very clean, big comfortable sofa, the suite had elegant decor and plenty of lights. Windows all over the suite provided ample sunlight all day long. The mini bar was fully stocked and was working fine (low temperatures even on hot days). The air condition was working superfine both in the bedroom and the living room (there are separate zones with individual settings which is great). All in all the junior suite makes you feel not at a Hotel but at your home. It was our second consecutive summer in the same suite and we had the feeling that we were at our home.

The internet connection was a little bit slower than expected (in comparison to other Hotels). The breakfast is expensive for what it offers.

Excellent reception staff. Property was clean and well kept. Superb location. Car park in basement was spacious and convenient and could have been more reasonably priced at CHF 20. CHF 30 was a little steep.

The staff and everything was perfect except a grumpy senior staff at breakfast. We were 5 family members and we had to ask him to set a table for us as the max arrangement was for 4 pax. We felt unwelcome and left a bad taste in the mouth

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. A really gorgeous port in a really cute city. Of course the Lake view would've been better but even the city view had it's charm. The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful after some misunderstandings and uncomfortable happenings. Everybody tried to make our stay as good as possible. The Rooftop Bar is gorgeous, the view just magnificent and if you book breakfast you definitely get a really yummy and great one just be careful of the little birdies, which want to steel your food :-D. All in all we would recommend staying here!

Be careful with parking, the ticketing people are everywhere and they don't care if you speak french or not! Parking can be super expensive but sometimes you can park for free but be aware you still need to pull a ticket out of the ticket machine, which we didn't know! We only put the parking clock out and got a ticket! The good thing is that parking is free from 9pm-7am so if you are doing daytrips it's not bad. There is a huge parking lot 2min walking from the hotel. The rooms could be a tiny bit bigger, because it is hard to get in and out when the bed is directly "in" the door

THE HOTEL IS REALLY AMAZING, PERFECT LOCATION ON THE LAKE WITH REALLY WONDERFUL VIEW, CLOSE TO EVERY PLACE IN NEUCHATEL. THE BREAKFAST WAS PERFECT AND RICH, THE SERVICE IS GREAT. THE LUNCH IS AMAZING AND CHEAP, PAID JUST 35 CHF FOR 1+2+3. REALLY ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS I HAVE EVER BEEN! I WILL DEFINETELY COME BACK!!!

The room and view were incredible, we had the lake view and it was stunning, I highly recommend it. The bed was super comfortable. The staff were extremely courteous and made us feel very welcome. The drinks in the rooftop bar were very tasty.

The menu in the rooftop restaurant was limited, and the food was the only part about our stay we would change. The bed had feather pillows only, but it was probably possible to ask for different ones - we only stayed one night so not too much of an issue.

Very good hotel close to city center. Nothing to complain about. Room matches the description and the expected standard. I can recommend the hotel. Breakfast is good with a lot of choices but has its price (not included in rate). Public underground car park right in front of the hotel, but very expensive. I recommend an open public parking about 50 meters from the hotel to the north, which is less expensive.

We had a lake view room, that besides the amazing view over the late with mountains in the background, also gave us a sense of privacy with a large terrace. A lot of great restaurants within walking distance Bathroom facilities is very nice

The furniture's on the terrace is not very conformable, we would have loved to spend more time there, but due to bad sitting and relaxing furniture we didn't.
