The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from two train stations and the elevator that goes down to the Rheinfall - it couldn't be better. It was quiet, the rooms were very clean, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. It's a simple hotel, no frills, but you cannot find a better deal if you want to be near the Rheinfall.

I wouldn't call this a complaint, because it is the way it is, but the bathrooms are very small - at least on the floor we were on. I would recommend staying on the highest floor you can, because if people are smoking outside (totally out of the hotel's control) you may not want to open the window.

We were travelling with our diabetic parents and we asked them if they could arrange for sugar free yogurt and we were very happy that they arranged it for us. Also the family that runs the hotel is extremely kind and friendly. The location is the highlight, its a 4 minute walk. The train stations are also around 5 minutes. There are more than 3 options for excellent food.

This hotel is realy underrated. For the price, everything was fantastic. The location to the Rheinfalls is less then 10 minutes walk, free parking, breakfast great for the price and the man in the reception was very kind and helpful. Rooms are big enough and the balcony also. I definately recommend this place.

It was my third stay in the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised of the renovations that happened recently! The hotel stuff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Location is great too! The room itself was excellent: very bright and spacious, with superbe bed.

It was very clean. Although the room was really old it was like we came back to the 60-, but really clean . The staff was friendly, gave us information about tho gs we can do and where to go eat.

The hotel room was old, and the bad was not comfortable.

The rooms are small and modest, but everything was in order, and very clean. The view from my window was all Swiss charm, and so also all of the staff. The breakfast was excellent, even without hot dishes. The location is ideal to visit the waterfall, catch a bus, or the train, restaurants and grocery store. A charming town, and I will seak out this same hotel if I'm able to visit again.

Staff was very helpful and responsive. Breakfast was fine and the location is perfect for any activities in town. Very convenient to bus stop and waterfall. Easy to get to Schaffhausen.

The facility could use some updating but all furniture was comfortable. Street noise was occasionally loud.

The staff was exceptional and the location is perfect due to its close stay to the rein falls. the beds are very comfortable and clean and has a working TV screen. highly recommend.

It was great value for money and the cleanest most modern place we stayed at during our swiss holiday. The staff were very friendly and the whole place is clean, tidy and safe, and easy free parking off the street too.

The only thing would be pillows - but thats just personal preference.
