What I loved the most is how we were absolutely made to feel at home, and the delightful support we had from hotel staff in guiding us / advising us, about the slope, where to go, how we could make the most of our stay & our skiing - just going above & beyond to ensure this was a positively memorable experience not just a holiday!!! They are/were absolutely brilliant. Holiday is yes about a lovely stay, good breakfast and food, but what you don’t typically get is the level of care & attention but done in a way that didn’t feel over involved or intrusive - that is what really made this stay exceptional

Our stay at Arlen Lodge Hotel was great. Definitely added to the whole experience. The location is perfect - you can ski from the back of the hotel straight to the lift and use the bus on the way back, it's just 1 stop. The staff was super friendly, we felt like we were staying at our friends' place. We felt really welcomed and looked after. The hotel is super cozy and has everything you need. Nice spacious rooms, little SPA area, lovely breakfasts and a tea corner for after skiing. And St Anton is a lovely little mountainous town where everything is within walking distance. We would love to come back here again. Loved it.

We loved everything about this place: location, breakfast, facilities, and service. The staff were amazing, incredibly lovely, kind, attentive and supportive. Annalisa, the owner, is awesome; she helped us with a number of tips and tricks (and trip ideas!) - she is a leaving and breathing encyclopedia haha. To top it all up, we received a free room upgrade, despite the fact that we mistakenly booked a room for 1 person. Impressive service and flexibility all around! The suite was impeccably clean, beds and pillows very comfortable and we had plenty of delicious breakfast options. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

The hotel is very nice, with decent-sized, clean rooms. The breakfast was excellent, offering plenty of options to suit every taste. The ski slopes are easily accessible either by bus, with the bus station conveniently located right in front of the hotel, or by skiing if you take the shortcut at the back of the house. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful, making a real difference to the overall experience.

Wonderful hotel. Very good location with direct access to the ski lift. Everything in the hotel is thought out to the smallest detail, convenient layout of the rooms and all common areas (hall, restaurant, recreation areas, spa, ski room). Cleanliness - ideal. Cleaning - timely. And most importantly - the staff. Very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic clean room and surroundings! Seldom we have seen this standard anywere! Toilet, shower, beds and breakfastarea. We felt welcome from first moment, from the young woman in reseption, to the lady later who came thanking us for choosing their hotel. Next morning at breakfast, it was omelett from egg. We didnt want that, so the fantastic serviceminded young woman asked if we wanted spiegeleggs.. That did so our day starting perfect. We already desided that if we are nearly this area again, we guaranted visit this hotel again. Thank you for giving us your guests such a fantastic experience.

Nothing to complain about, maybe only that we wanted stay much longer, forgetting we must go home start working.

This hotel has super friendly staff, a restaurant, games room, steam room/sauna (but people are naked!). The breakfast is amazing, truly spoilt every day. We had 4 rooms.The suites were spacious with little fridge. Some bathrooms are bigger than others. I thought the whole place had a relaxed friendly feel and just a short walk to Nasserein bubble. We chose to hire ski lockers by the bubble and that was good idea but you can walk it with your gear. We were there in April so no option to ski in/out. My photos are views from the hotel.

We needed our window open at night but the noise at the front of the hotel is quite loud. Maybe ask for a room at the back. If you like your English tea take teabags!

Fantastic little hotel with great service. The staff were super helpful with all my questions. It is also worth asking Annalisa for ski tips for the day! The location was perfect for us. You can ski out from the hotel. The ski bus also stops outside the hotel. The hotel is not in the central area, which is something we liked a lot. We could ski from the hotel to the Nassereinbahn lift station and then ski back down into St Anton for some après ski, before catching the bus back to the hotel. If you want to be in party central, then this probably isn't the place for you. Breakfast was excellent. It wasn't a huge buffet, but everything was well selected. The pastries and dates in particular were delicious. It was really nice to come back from a days skiing and use the sauna.

The only slight negative I can think of is the number or places to eat in the local area is quite small. There aren't many places within walking distance and I wouldn't want to eat in Theo's every night. I would definitely plan dinner locations in advance and book even just for a few nights. This is obviously not a reflection on the hotel, but something to consider. I don't drink coffee, but unfortunately, my friend didn't think it was that good.

The hotel was exceptionally nice, featuring very friendly staff who were always on hand to assist with anything we needed, making us feel right at home. The breakfast offered a decent mix of options to cater to all tastes and dietary requirements. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, being just a 5-minute walk from the main lifts, which greatly facilitated our skiing activities.

Arlen Lodge is a decent mid-range hotel near the slopes in St Anton. It is in a prime location, next to a bus stop, near apres-ski bars, ski pistes and hiking trails. I visited during offseason so the bar / restaurant were closed - only breakfast was made every day. The breakfast is solid and features a variety of juices, fruits, dairy products with both warm and cold options, and fresh pastries.

The beds are a bit hard - so if you have a sensitive back maybe you want to go for a more comfort focused hotel.
