The staff were very welcoming and helpful letting us leave our bags while we explored Sion. Great to have the fan in the room and all facilities worked and bed comfy. Breakfast nice. Hotel in walking distance from station and centre, and quite quiet area.

The hot water was too hot. Would be nice to have a kettle in the room and air conditioning would be good.

Location was very convenient close to the town with a quiet room. We had dinner both evenings and the staff were very helpful. We'll definitely stay here again.

I know its Switzerland but each morning the area in front of the hotel was icey and dangerous for walking and it needed to be salted.

Staff very friendly. Cetral location with only a short walk into town. Continental breakfast. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great nights sleeps.

The hotel is located in a nice city Sion. I loved that I could see the castle from the window of my room and the scenery was was wonderful. The room itself was nice and tidy. The hotel is nicely located and is a great value for money. Highly recommended!

Nice clean room with a great view of Sion and the surrounding area. The restaurant downstairs was also quite good.

The room did not have an A/C. I guess this normally would not be a problem, but it was 38*C outside, luckily when we opened the windows at night it cooled sufficiently, so it was not too bad.

WiFi was super good. The rooms also have really good blind sheets, if anyone perfers total darkness during the night. Breakfast was amazing! Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the venue of a festival that we were attending. Beautiful views from the bedroom window. And very inexpensive parking on site which was appreciated.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the old town and free parking. Staff were excellent. Room and bed comfotable, would happily stay here again. We didn't eat here, appeared a bit pricey and so many restaurants 5 minutes away.

Could hear the people and children next door talking, so rooms were not that quiet, I would request a quiet room.

The hotel is conveniently located, with a view of the rock face. It was clean and convenient and I would recommend it for short stays in the region.

There was no mention on the website that parking had to be paid extra; only found this out when confirming that we wanted parking. Whether Parking is free/included or not should be explicitly stated.
